Contacted me after the initial discussion half a year ago. Were there to answer questions and make changes to the application. Explained the required steps in great detail. Delivered on their promises.

It was our first experience with the Nesto team.
I've started this process with another famous broker who wasted 7 business days making absolutely empty promises, and wasn't able to complete it.
Thanks a lot to Karun,George and Charles whom I directly worked with from the Nesto team. They are professional, helpful and so supportive and very proactive.
I will recommend nesto to my friends because these guys don't make any empty promises and they were able to provide me with a mortgage pre-approval within a few hours and the mortgage approval within 24 hours

Exceeded my expectations and saved me lots of money

I happened to be talking with Elischa about my mortgage renewal. He tried his best to offer choices and answered my questions patiently. Though I didn't go with Nesto due to the rates, the great customer service from Elischa was impressive. I would contact him again when a future need comes up.

Nesto team's efficiency is amazing. They finished reviewing my documents and completed my mortgage application in the time much shorter than I expected.
I contacted 4 lenders earlier and nesto offered the lowest one and best prepayment options.

My experience with Nesto has been so frustrating. They have proven to me that they're unreliable/unresponsive provider which the one can't depend on on serious matters.

I've opened a new mortgage application thru their online portal and get contacted by one their mortgage advisors ---> spent an hour on the call with him answering all sort of questions he has about my financial situation and etc and we agreed that he's gunna email me a list of all the required documents for him to help me upload it to the application so we can submit the application asap without further a due.

I then spent another hour afterwards scanning, uploading all the document he asked for and sent it to him by email ---> everything is fine ---> all good --> application is marked as completed/locked and submitted to Lender for review. Up to this moment everything was smooth and nice.

Then he goes silent for few days without any update whether from his side or the online application status. I emailed him to ask about an update, then he replies me back that they need more employment documents. I said fine and submitted it, then he go silent with no updates for few more days. I have to email again how're thing?! why you are so slow?! Then he reply me back asking for more and more documents! Like WTH guys!!! You have been in this industry since 2018 and i have to spend one full week with you just to tell me what sort of documents you want. Like is this the first application to process?!! You can't just list all what you want so i don't have to waste my time going back and forth in emails asking for updates and you get back to me when you figure out there're more docs needed!!

However, this is not even my main concern, my concern is about communication. I have tried for two full days from morning till afternoon to get a hold of anyone from customer success on the number they provide on the application page but guess what!!! No one ever replies. I even called their support number, and they themselves wasn't able to get hold of anyone to help out nor my assigned mortgage specialist is even bothering to reply on my email! What a Joke company!

As a tech lead myself, the first time I've seen a tech/Digital company taking over an aged industry like mortgages and financing, and they make it worse and more bureaucratic than it it already. I secured some form of mortgage approval from the top 3 banks in Canada in less than 24 hours while spending an entire week with nesto going back and forth to tell me what documents they want all while their online application is showing everything looks good and processing normal. Terrible! Terrible!

Elischa was helpful and easy to work with. He went the extra mile for us.

Nesto refuses to honor its clause of transferability in its mortgage contracts.

We were given the reason their investor refuse to take the alleged increase risk of our new property on the basis of risks of flooding. The certificate of location clearly state there is no apparent risk. The town administration states there is no risk. I even shown studies ordered by the Government of Quebec clearly showing there is no risk of flooding on said property.

Our house insurer had no issue insuring us. Furthermore, they even evaluate the risk of flooding so low they proposed extra flooding coverage (Which we won't be taking since the terrain topography is such it's practically an impossible scenario).

Nesto only gave us phony explanations without basis or proof.

Nesto refuses to give us proper and formal justification from its investor on how the risk is too great.

And now, Nesto will not reply to us or try to contact us.

As of right now, we will need to pay a penalty because of the early mortgage termination. We will also have to pay extra interests on the on the remaining principal of this loan as it will be transferred on a loan with a higher interest rate than what our contract with Nesto states.

Finally there's all the stress induced by this situation. We had to find a new loaner fast as our offer on the house was conditional on financing.

I first saw nesto mortgage on google at a very good interest rate offer,fill out some information and minutes later got a call.they have great service personel and there always there to help by email or phone. Didnt have any hicupes it was smooth,and there understanding of situations. I got my mortgage approval tge same week and a amazing 4.84% interest. Thank you nesto for changing my life and having confidence in me!!

Its hard to find a company who cares these days, but Nesto really goes above and beyond.
My experience today with Elischa Salazar, an amazing mortgage expert, exceeded my expectations and actually gave me confidence that there are still companies out there who care about you as a person.
I highly recommend contacting Nesto and finding this out for yourself.

Nesto's process was very seamless and transparent from the beginning. They were also very good at following up and keeping you informed of the different processes up to final approval.

This is my first house purchase so there are a lot of things I don't know about the mortgage. Elischa was my broker and he was very informative and had quick response. He and his team at Nesto made the mortgage application painless. The online application was easy to fill out. The subsequent phone calls and emails were addressed all my concerns. Everything was done online.

Lots of communication along the way was great. The process can all be overwhelming so that extra support was appreciated

Poor service, waste of time, and affected our Credit Score.

We had a very poor customer service experience. The 'Mortgage Broker' (who only has access to one company) thus not a true mortgage broker... bailed on us with less than a week before the closing date on our house. She had told us that we would qualify so we made an offer on a house. She spent a further week clarifying info and then informed us that Nesto would not provide the mortgage. We had to quickly find another mortgage broker who also had to pull our credit score (again) but she was able to get us approved in 48 hours vice a week and a half of interactions and then bailing. This made things incredibly stressful for my wife and I and our family of 13. Overall a very poor experience with the representative from Nesto.
