Beautiful quality and beautifully packed
I bought three green eucalyptus sprays to sit behind a mirror over Christmas and they were perfect. The foliage looks really natural, great colour, and excellent quality — just what I expect from Neptune.
They were also extremely well packaged and arrived in lovely condition. I’ve ordered from Neptune many times and the quality and attention to detail is always spot on.
Our shop of choice that’s reasonably close to where we live is Colchester — excellent staff —
Highly recommend.

Always receive outstanding customer service with Neptune Colchester. Debbie & Charlene are so welcoming and have dedicated so much time and attention to choose the right items to suit our home. They literally can’t do enough and have made our new house a home. The delivery guys Ant &
Lee delivered our bed promptly and efficiently, put it together and took time to explain how to look after it. I can’t think of any company that does that. So thank you. The only niggle is the delivery date as you don’t know which day it will be till the Friday before which is hard to manage time off work. Thank you so much.

Excellent delivery crew of my Edinburgh 110 coffee table
I had a Edinburgh 110 Square coffee table delivered this morning and Alfi & Josh the delivery crew was extremely polite and helpful they delivered on time and even called to let me know that they would be arriving on schedule! They was respectful of my property by taking of their shoe’s even when I said it wasn’t necessary! Neptunes should be proud to have Alfi & Josh working for them!
