Neptune - Chester Omdömen 

Received fantastic knowledgable customer service from JO, driven down from Glasgow on holiday and thought would pop in.

Very helpful when I was in the Chester Store, and the delivery people were most helpful, so an all round good experience.

The team at Chester have been wonderful providing ideas, support and encouragement for a project I am currently working on. Suzanne and India have helped me look at alternatives I would never have considered and I am so grateful to them and the rest of the team

Very flexible with our delivery dates as we had to change it a number of times and the delivery drivers were excellent.

There is a slight damage, but Neptune took care of us and made the overall experience excellent

Cautious in placing order in store due to previous disappointing experience. However, the assistant who placed my order and provided reassurance regarding follow up was very helpful and professional. I placed my order on Monday and the item was delivered the following Friday. The team who made the delivery were excellent and I just could not fault how respectful they were. Five star service by both store and delivery teams. Thank you.

Came into store a couple of weeks ago but have been meaning to post a review of my experience since. Very warm, welcoming, and helpful staff regarding trying to choose amongst the many beautiful paint choices. Beautiful showroom, personally I would have liked to see more kitchen serve ware items that are available. Other than that 👌

Great service. Called ahead to check if something was in stock, and had very efficient service once in store. The store is beautiful and well laid out with lots of inspiration!

We had our hearts set on a dream Neptune kitchen ever since we first laid eyes on them. Having seen the quality of other kitchens out there, we knew we couldn’t settle for less but we used to think a Neptune kitchen would be out of reach or out of place in our little semi-detached home. To our delight, the cost was actually incredibly fair considering the quality and outstanding craftsmanship. It is well worth the extra investment - Neptune kitchens are build to last.

We finally took the plunge while adding a new extension to our home, opting for the Suffolk range in our kitchen and utility. Our designer, James, was the most helpful person throughout. He held numerous video calls with us, understood exactly what we wanted from our space, and put together a very well considered layout (also taking into account things we never would have), and dealing with our many questions. In addition to James, everyone else we have ever dealt with at Neptune - from the delivery drivers to to kitchen installer - have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and wonderful to speak to.

We are so happy with our kitchen and utility. The new spaces already feel like they have changed our lives.
