But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Lovely experience when you enter the store friendly staff who are happy to help Furniture displays are extremely well displayed, plenty of ranges to choose from and our furniture arrived quickly we where kept well informed of the delivery date and the delivery team where excellent too

Superb staff relations with customers, very helpful advice, attractive store layout, quality products throughout.
A memorable shopping experience since discovering Neptune, both shopping in-store and in ordering a new kitchen from them with clear plans and advice.
In addition, excellent delivery staff who did everything to 100% satisfaction.

Arundel benches and cushions
I love the Arundel benches and cushions. You can feel the quality annd they anre very comfortable . Ordering from the Chester store was a dream and the delivery guys were exceptional. Came when they said and took away all the rubbish.

Gorgeous
I could quite happily live in my local Neptune store; it’s gorgeous and if I could afford to replace everything in my house with Neptune furniture, fixtures, fittings and accessories, I certainly would. That said, I returned an online order recently because the item was a little more ‘rustic’ than I was expecting. However, on the whole, I’ve found Neptune products to be of excellent quality and superb design.

Excellent customer service
I ordered an outdoor sofa from Neptune Chester store. I wanted it delivered ready for a party. As the delivery team were unable to deliver it in time, Joe delivered it personally. This has to be amongst the best customer service I have ever received. A big Thank You!
