Ik heb een programma gekocht Traktor. Ik heb allemaal downloads gekregen, maar niet die van de muziekspeler. Ik heb 4 keer per mail aangegeven dat er een download ontbreekt. Native instruments geeft aan dat alle downloads aanwezig zijn. Ik heb tot 4 keer geprobeerd om alles te downloaden, maar geen resultaat. Nu heb ik aangegeven mijn geld terug te willen. Ik krijg daar geen reactie op
NI support rocks
So, it happened. I decided to become a rockstar, so my girlfriend bought me Maschine Mikro 3.
It’s all fun and games until you realize your old macbook doesn’t support the new software (my mac is 10 years old).
I contacted NI and the dudes were super cool. Got access to the old version of the software and now all works like a charm.

Une très belle déception
Bonjour à tous,
Je fais de la MAO depuis 2020 et j’ai utilisé cette machine uniquement en studio, jamais en live, donc sans utilisation “violente” des pads.
Au début, j’étais vraiment emballé. Le contrôleur est très beau, bien fini visuellement, et surtout les pads sont excellents à jouer : sensibles, agréables, vraiment inspirants pour composer. Le workflow est fluide, on prend vite du plaisir à créer, et ça donne une très bonne première impression.
Malheureusement, ça n’a pas duré.
Au bout d’environ un an, les pads ont commencé à montrer des signes de faiblesse (déclenchements aléatoires, manque de réponse…). Et encore une fois, je précise : utilisation uniquement en studio pour de l'arrangement, jamais de live, donc rien qui justifie une usure prématurée. C’est d’autant plus décevant que c’est l’élément central de la machine. J’ai tenté un nettoyage complet, puis même un remplacement de la feuille de capteurs, mais ça n’a rien changé.
Côté support, grosse déception aussi. Je n’ai eu droit qu’à des réponses automatiques, aucune vraie prise en charge, et au final ça m’a fait perdre ma garantie sans solution concrète.
Avec le temps, le logiciel est aussi devenu problématique. Il m’est arrivé qu’il ne se lance plus correctement, et surtout j’ai vu certains VST disparaître progressivement. Le pire, c’est que des plugins que j’avais payés via Komplete 13 sont devenus inaccessibles, voire à nouveau payants… incompréhensible.
Au final, malgré son look et ses qualités au départ, la machine donne une impression très “marketing”. La construction est en grande partie en plastique, et la durabilité n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous ( pour moi ).
Aujourd’hui, je l’ai complètement mise de côté. Pour moi à ce jour ce n’est plus un outil fiable, et je ne l’ai jamais vue utilisée en studio pro.
Conclusion : super au début, mais très décevant sur la durée. Plus un bel objet pour se lancer qu’un vrai outil solide sur le long terme.
Attention : Fin janvier 2026, une juridiction allemande a placé la société Native Instruments GmbH sous procédure d'insolvabilité préliminaire, vous êtes prévenus...
Pour conclure, si vous avez les moyens : foncez. C'est quand même un sacré engin qui m'a fait redécouvrir ma façon de composer, et un très bon contrôleur dans l'ensemble. Faites également attention avec le support qui est casi inexistant...

Hands down the WORST “support” I’ve ever experienced.

I opened a ticket that had the header “unable to connect to beatport though pro 4”
The reply was “which email address would you like to update?”
Wtf???
If I could return everything I have bought from them I would, 10 days without being able to work while I look at an expensive paperweight.
And in the meantime I receive emails offering me other products telling me how amazing NI is and how productive it can be…
They have a very different definition to me of what “productivity” is.
Personally I would advise anyone to go elsewhere and DO NOT trust them.

Mi experiencia con el envío de mi Komplete Kontrol MK2 para reparación bajo garantía ha sido muy frustrante y decepcionante.
El teclado se estropeó y, estando en garantía, lo envié a Alemania para su reparación.
La primera vez que me lo devolvieron, la dirección de envío estaba mal. Esto supuso que el piano estuviese dando tumbos de arriba a abajo durante dos meses.
Cuando intentaron enviarlo de nuevo, la dirección volvió a estar incorrecta.
El caos interno de la empresa es evidente: cada día me contestaba un empleado diferente, y nadie tenía idea de en qué punto estaba mi caso, lo que generó confusión y pérdida de tiempo constante.
Tras tanto lío, finalmente tuve que coordinar personalmente la recepción, lo cual no debería ser necesario con un producto profesional de alto valor. A pesar de todo, cuando conseguí hablar con alguien que entendiera el problema, finalmente se resolvió, pero la gestión logística y comunicación han sido pésimas.
En resumen, la garantía funcionó en teoría, pero la experiencia completa con el envío y el seguimiento ha sido extremadamente frustrante. No recomiendo que compréis nada ahí ahora mismo, sobre todo si son objetos físicos que os tengan que enviar. Un completo desastre. Desde noviembre de 2025 que tienen mi piano y hoy día 6 de marzo por fin lo he recuperado.

This company has had a lot of custom from me over the years. However, when you need their support they are useless.
Their help bot sends your round in pointless circles and wont put you through to a person or create a ticket. I have to find the submit a ticket link on reddit.
When you do get a person, they are as bad as the bot. They copy and paste information that is in their help section, regardless of the fact that you have seen that and explained your unsolved issue in detail. They don't acknowledge any part of your message, or technicla issue, just repeatedly paste response and unrelayed response. I suspect the response is AI generated.
Absolutely pathetic service 🙄 I won't be buying anymore from them.
I paid for nothing.
Tried to purchase a $40 sound package as a gift. Was unable to share this with the person I wanted to give it to due to an overly complicated process and very slow customer service. I kindly explained and requested a refund as I had to come up with an alternate gift - the holiday passed. Was denied the refund due to rigid adherence to their policies, when obviously I will not use the product and have not or will not downloaded anything. $40 for nothing, in this economy, is rough. Do not recommend.

Customer support is good. I was initially let down by not being able to access an older version of Komplete. I do wish they were faster in response, but they definitely resolved my issue.
Native only cares about money
Extremely disappointing experience. In my opinion, this company is not interested in delivering real customer value — only in extracting money through rigid subscription models.
My subscription renewed automatically for €250 despite zero usage for an entire year — something they can easily verify in their own system. What makes this worse is that no clear renewal reminder was sent beforehand. The renewal feels intentionally sneaky, as if the goal is to let subscriptions roll over quietly. That approach simply does not fit with modern, transparent customer practices.
I contacted support immediately, explained the situation honestly, and requested a simple goodwill refund.
Instead of showing any flexibility or customer care, they hid behind legal terms and shut down the conversation completely. No dialogue, no understanding — just “policy” and a closed ticket. That tells you everything you need to know about their priorities.
Yes, they may be legally right — but there is a big difference between being legally correct and treating customers fairly. Good companies build long-term relationships; this felt purely transactional.

Leider schade gute Sounds grottenschlechtes Library System. Zahlst extrem viel Geld und denkst dir am Ende nur OH mein Gott warum geht das nicht 90% Fehlerbehebungen 10% Musik so geht es nicht

Hola buenas, debo de decir que doy las gracias a Native Instrument por la paciencia y la insistencia por solucionar un problema que yo tenia de instalación de varios productos Software,
Guiándome a través del Soporte tras varios correos llegando a dar con el problema ajeno a N Instrument , y estando en tiempos de vacaciones de Navidad De este 2026,les doy mi confianza como empresa de Productos para la Producion Musical y por insistir en poder solucionar mi problema

No Access to NI VSTs
I have a number NI Products, bought and paid for with my hard earned. I decided to rebuild my Mac with a clean version of same OS. As i worked my way through reinstalling Plugins, i installed Native Access ( annoying in its self, slipping in to your start up items ) and proceeded to install only to realize that only stand alone versions were installing, not VSTs. No VST could be found. Who wants stand alone!! I reach out with a number of support requests getting disjointed responses each time, was told to install Plugin Alliance Install Mgmr ( news to me ) anyway nothing of mine in there. I was told Absynth 5 was incompatible with Mac OS 15 ( but its been running just fine for past few years and the stand alone version runs on this clean build ) and so as its stand i've asked about 8 times where i can download the VST , the thing ive paid for and no one has told me where.
