I must say I received awesome support from Tom at Spitfire Audio. Not only did he answer my Spitfire questions but he went beyond to help me with other technical issues.
I see online that many people complain about Spitfire's customer service so I am posting this to let you know otherwise.

Had the exact sound i needed. Easy to purchase and download. No issues.

Great sound for the price, easy to work around. I wanted some quality strings for back round use and I think they are great for that.

Sounds great, plenty of timbres and articulations, easy to play, blend and mix, as well. Dry enough, probably chamber libraries make even more sense to look for, when strong upfront sound in dense mixes is needed. Or use layering with synths. I use it pop/rock productions. Legato is only monophonic - be aware. Installation on Kontakt was little frustrating. Biggest disappointment - tiny, blurry low-res GUI. Not properly zoomable in Cubase 15.

The purchase and download experience was excellent. Unfortunately, obtaining the Newsletter and possible promotions (e.g. first time buyer discount) was a little challenging. I confused matters by making a small non-qualifying purchase before I had a code. The sign on for the newsletter and the website said I would get a confirmation email within an hour. I received no such email (discount code or not). Contacted customer support and they took care of the issue quickly. The sound libraries are excellent, the purchase process and educational resources for the products are excellent. I persisted on this because I wanted to make a significant purchase and the Spitfire libraries, in my opinion, are the absolute best available.

I ordered, downloaded and installed Hearth and Hollow, Folk Accordion, Folk Voices, and Plucked Folk Ensemble for Mac using Logic. I cannot access them from Logic, and the files are not present in the Audio/Plug-ins/Components folder on my hard drive. PLEASE HELP!!!

This doesn’t work for Logic Pro. I have tried everything to make sure it’s in the correct format and kontakt recognizes it but not Logic Pro.

Way way easier to install Spitfire plugins than most others. Love it. For that reason I'll stick with you guys when deciding on other libraries.

Good deal on the Epic Choir, already have some of their software, user-friendly, pro-quality sounds. Excellent.

The downloader works well, I forgot to plug my charger in and the laptop went to sleep but the 600G still downloaded ok. The detail and clarity of the sounds is excellent and come with a decent range of articulations. I am still figuring out how to use it to its full advantage. The only downside is the lack of a harmon mute for brass. There also doesn't appear to be a hand stopping for the horns and a motor for the vibraphone. The harp has no harmonics. But other than that it's a great library.

I'm a composer and I'm a guitar and piano player. In my opinion Spitfire Audio is simply the best in the world.
Plug-in are fantastic and they are great ! I like them. What else ? Quality sound and great experience in music ! Thank you so much !
