So I did leave a negative review as I wasn’t getting any response to my e mails regarding delivery, I finally got a response to say this was coming from Prague so delivery would take longer than usual, if they stated this on purchase there would be no need to keep trying to track where your parcel is, however given my negative review I have today received my order and I have to say my son is over the moon so as it happens I am now satisfied with this, not sure I would buy again think I’d probably use a third party as I have done previously and never had a problem with delivery usually arrives with 2/3 days I would say if your in a rush as I was as it was a birthday present I would think before buying direct 🙄

Por si fuera poco, el servicio postventa ha sido un verdadero desastre. Cuando he intentado comunicarme con el equipo de atención al cliente para resolver mis problemas, he encontrado respuestas lentas y poco útiles. La falta de un soporte adecuado para los clientes que enfrentan inconvenientes ha sido la gota que colmó el vaso, y por todo esto, he decidido no volver a comprar en Napapijri. En resumen, mi experiencia con Napapijri ha sido decepcionante y ha dejado una impresión negativa. And for that price was expecting a flawless garment. Wow. Was gutted as the material is appalling. Lifeless and baggy. Very disappointed as have always loved the designs and materials they use. But nah. This was sub standard for Napapijri

Bought two T-shirts which as they were much bigger than the size guides needed to be returned. Napapijri seemingly have them and have scanned them back in but weeks later still haven’t refunded a substantial amount. Customer service do not engage at all now.
What was once a reputable company selling decent gear seems to have become a scam site. Do not order from them, you will regret it.

Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. I ordered a jacket that arrived and was awful quality so I want to return it. I followed all the instructions and booked a return courier. Surprise surprise it’s been days and no courier has arrived to pick up the jacket. I tried calling customer service. Number doesn’t work. I’ve emailed three times. No reply. I’ve commented on social. Comment deleted. This is a JOKE. This is illegal. You cannot ignore customers so that they are unable to return your crap products. Do something about it.

I’ve purchased Napapijri clothing previously through other resellers and found clothing to be very good quality, so with the main site having a sale I decided to order a jumper… what a mistake. Firstly the £5 standard deliver fee is exceptionally high and I am still waiting for my parcel after 9 days. Yodel tracker still shows as ‘With Sender’. Don’t waste your time ordering from here.

I can say that this is the company with the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The courier service they use, Yodel, is just as bad. They have no idea where my package is. Yesterday, I waited 38 minutes to get through to customer service, and they hung up on me. No matter how good the products they sell are, they treat their customers horribly.AVOID

Sogar ein Stern ist zu viel!
Rechnung in Euro ausgestellt und auch in Euro bezahlt, jedoch mit Fremdwährungsgebühren verbunden. Kunden werden scheinbar bewusst nicht darüber informiert. Da keine Fremdwährung im Spiel war, für den Kunden nicht nachvollziehbar.
Darstellungen auf der Website (.at) sowie auf der Rechnung nicht transparent.
Sowohl beim Kauf bzw. bei der Bezahlung als auch bei der Rücksendung/Rückerstattung wird man ohne Information mit Fremdwährungsgebühren und zusätzlichen Kosten konfrontiert, denen man als Kunden ausgeliefert ist. Kunden werden im Stich gelassen, und die Schuld wird auf den Zahlungsanbieter geschoben, welcher jedoch nur den rechtlichen Bestimmungen Folge leisten muss. Der Fall wurde jedoch auch von Mastercard geprüft und die Schuld liegt ganz klar beim Verkäufer, welche das Problem versucht auf Kunden und Dritte abzuschieben.
Wenn Artikel einer Bestellung zurückgesendet werden und man eine Erstattung bekommt, werden Umrechnungskosten tragend, obwohl sowohl die Rechnung als auch die Bezahlung in der selben Währung erfolgte.
30 € Kosten für eine Bestellung deren Waren zurückgesendet wurden. Keine positive Reaktion vom Verkäufer! Entscheidungen werden willkürlich geändert, der Verkäufer steht nicht zu seinen schriftlichen Aussagen!
Ich werde nie wieder einen Artikel dieses Verkäufers kaufen oder tragen. Nicht einmal geschenkt.
Es ist eine absolute Frechheit.
Meinen Fall wird auch rechtlich sowie öffentlich wirksam unabhängig der privaten Kosten bekämpft werden, sollte es keine positive Wendung mehr geben.

I have bought direct from napapijri for years without any issues and top quality products received. What has happened and why has it gone wrong returned a jacket 4 jan as to large. Received by Napapijri on 8 January and to date I still have no refund. Used the chat and no help received . I have sent further emails and replied with proof of postage and tracking to a staff member over a week ago no reply to email and after spending 30 minutes on a call today the system hangs up citing system issues. Off to Barclaycard for the refund now, and well done you’ve just lost a long standing customer.
