🌟 Extremely Disappointed with Napapijri 🌟
I recently bought a jacket from Napapijri, a brand I trusted for quality and durability. Shockingly, the jacket was damaged within just 3 weeks of normal use!
When I reached out to their customer care, my warranty claim was rejected, labeling the issue as "normal wear and tear." Is this the standard of quality Napapijri stands for?
For a brand that markets itself as premium, this is a huge letdown. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice – both their product quality and customer service leave much to be desired.

Ignore the negative reviews
My jacket has just arrived and it is far better quality than I imagined. Inside it’s fleeced, so not only is it water proof it’s also got good thermal insulation. Can’t believe all the negative reviews, order arrived a week later as promised, not bad considering it’s shipped from Europe.
Scammers - AVOID!
They say the delivery takes up to 7 days.
It's now been 11 days and my delivery date just gets pushed back every day. It's been pushed back by a day for a week now, today it said that it'll be delivered in A WEEK! Which take us to 3 weeks since I've placed the order. I'm convinced that they're scammers & I won't be receiving my order.
I've submitted several requests & nothing.
Dire delivery
Previous decent enough delivery. Around a week. Most recent order now at 13 days and tracking is all over the place. I won't be ordering again as there is no excuse for this pish.
Great quality and price
Having seen some of the other reviews, customers in the UK need to be realistic when ordering items from Central Europe - they will not be with you next day!
I regularly order from the Napapijri site, cold weather clothing is excellent with the most recent Rainforest Puffer both stunning to look at and extremely warm.
Order took approx 7 working days, kept upto date via email.
Fabulous offer for Black Friday getting a £330 coat for less than £200 with the price returning to normal showing they are not buying in rubbish for sales.
Would recommend the brand for quality and price and have been a happy customer for many years.
**UPDATE**
The real measure of a supplier is when something goes wrong. Aseam on the purchased coat gave way. A call to a UK customer service and replacement ordered and received within 6 days, had to pay for replacement and refund the original, absolutely no problem in either the process or the execution, refund received on the day of the return - 5 star service.
Bitter experience
Just dreadful…. Don’t expect a swift credit upon returning any items. I would go as far as implying this company just lies. Awaiting a credit for a good number of week(s), almost resigned to the fact I’ll not receive any monies due. One email states my credit has been submitted on the 24th, followed up on my latest corespondent stating the item was only scanned in the warehouse on the 30th… all in the month of November!!

Customer service doesn’t exist
I didn’t think I had anything to worry about since they’re a fairly big brand, but god help you if you have any issues with your order. They received my return almost a month ago and just ignore my emails about if/when my refund might ever be processed. PayPal also don’t want to know as it’s been too long (over 30 days) since the item was delivered, couldn’t make it up!

I would give 0 start if I could. My order stated it will be delivered between 28th and 30th of December and I still didn’t get it. Tried to call them on the number, no answer. Sent 3 emails and still no reply. Avoid if you can.
Slow delivery, poor communication
My original review was a bit scathing as I couldn't get an answer from the company and no indication of the delivery times but the package suddenly turned up even though the courier didn't seem to have it. One day nothing, the next day delivered.
Product is fine. It looks well made and I feel it's good value for the money. arms a little long but my son doesn't seem to worry about that and seems happy with the purchase.
The item was purchased on the 21st December and delivered on the 6th January. That's about 12 working days depending on what you call working days over the Xmas period, so a lot longer than I was told but now that I have it, not too bad considering Xmas period. I would have preferred better communication and better updates about where the package was. I didn't like not knowing as that made me feel as if the package hadn't even left the supplier.
So, a better experience than originally indicated but there are still far too many unhappy customers out there and the company needs to do something about it.
3 Stars is a little low but I can't bring myself to give 4

Sent a coat back on 16/12. Heard nothing, contacted customer service that stated it’s on its way to Prague before they can issue a refund? Been waiting over 3 weeks. Not sure why they can’t have a returns hub in the UK. Avoid or purchase through another company.

Slechte klantenservice
Twee artikelen retour gestuurd in 1 doos. Maar van 1 artikel geld terug ontvangen, de teruggestuurde jas zat volgens Napapijri niet meer in de doos. Geld kan ik dus naar fluiten. Vervolgens slechte klantenservice en telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Kijk dus uit met bestellen.
Be warned
Don’t order anything from their website. Jumper ordered over 2 weeks ago and still no sign. Rang to tell them and they say they’ll have to contact the courier company and could take another 2 working days. Also told me to contact the courier but my order was with them not the courier company. They even know as it’s not been signed for. Be warned.
No issues
I ordered a THUR jacket from their website, and it arrived on the seventh working day as promised! Even better I placed my order on Black Friday Weekend and got it for £69.00 inc P&P, instead of the full price of £160.00.
I was worried after reading the reviews, but Napapijri and UPS kept me constantly updated whilst it was out for delivery- no issues whatsoever. I'll definitely be ordering from Napapijri again.
I really thing they are scammers
I really thing they are scammers. My order can't be delivered to the yodel store because of it's size. So basically, the owner of the shop, which is the pickup point that I choose doesn't want to accept the order. Now I emailed their customer and it's been more than 48 hours with no response. I don't know what to do anymore. DON'T BUY ONLINE FROM THEM or you gonna regret it.
Erreurs multiples de Napapijri pas gérées par service client
J’ai commandé une taille 12 ans. On m’a livré du 8 ans, étiqueté 12 ans. Customer Care demande 1 photo de l’étiquette et refuse de croire que c’est mal étiqueté. Au lieu de me renvoyer le même article dans la taille commandée à l’origine (12 ans), à réception de mon retour, le service client m’informe qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire et refusent de réexpédier. Je suis obligée de renvoyer l’article et de recommander le même article sans avoir été remboursée entre temps. Et d’ailleurs, 2 semaines plus tard, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée. 4 appels à Customer Care + une 20aine d’e-mails à Customer Care. On m’informe que ma deuxième commande a soit disant été retournée par le coursier qui ne me l’a jamais livrée. Customer Care m’informe qu’ils ne peuvent pas me renvoyer l’article une fois réexpédiée par leur coursier. Un bon service client propose l’échange. Napapijri refuse de le faire et d’assumer leurs erreurs.
J’ai passé 4h sur cette commande (y compris avec le Service Client) payée deux fois et je ne la recevrai jamais. Les chances d’être remboursée et la probabilité que l’on m’oppose que la seconde commande ne leur a jamais été renvoyée, est forte.
Le Service Client est purement et simplement insatisfaisant. La volonté de satisfaire le client leur est étrangère. Je n’achèterai plus aucun article Napapijri en ligne.

Ho fatto degli ordini il 4 dicembre e non ho ricevuto ancora nulla . Pertanto i tempi di consegna sono lunghi e in oltre doveva arrivare il 7 dicembre veniva posticipato il nove il 9 non si sa nulla ne un messaggio ne una e-mail e vergognoso . Non acquisterò più da questo sito poco affidabili.
Premium prijzen, goedkope kwaliteit en service.
Ronduit schandalige klantenservice. Bij een defect aan de jas binnen het jaar wordt dit afgewimpeld als accidental damage met volgende uitleg: "We wijzen de aanvraag voor garantie af, omdat ze hebben beoordeeld dat de schade aan de jas onder 'accidental damage' valt en dit valt niet onder de garantie voorwaarden. Het spijt me."
Dit alles zonder de jas te zien (enkel aan de hand van één foto) en zonder enige bewijslast van hun kant. Dit terwijl ze wel degelijk wettelijk verplicht zijn dit bewijs aan te leveren bij een weigering van garantie.
Hun eigen voorwaarden luiden dan ook nog eens als volgt: "Indien het product bij ontvangst schade vertoont of indien er binnen de 2 jaar (of een langere periode indien de plaatselijke wetgeving dit zo bepaalt) na ontvangst fabricage- of materiaalfouten duidelijk worden, dan gaat het om een 'gebrekkig' product. Merk op dat producten die beschadigd zijn door slijtage niet worden beschouwd als gebrekkige producten."
Het naleven van deze voorwaarden doen ze dus absoluut niet.
Premium prijzen maar zeker geen premium kwaliteit of service.

C’est un site deplorable ma commande n’est jamais arrivée malgré des preuves d’absence a l’étranger ils ont signé mon nom et marqué d’une croix a la place de la signature , j’ai ete volé et mon cadeau de noel envole, plus jamais .. surtout fuyez!!j’ai pas dit mon dernier mot .,
Disgraceful Customer Service
Placed an order through the website on the 14th of November and was told the delivery window would be Friday the 22nd - Saturday the 23rd as there were no options other than standard delivery available. I’ve had no updates with tracking and the courier service have stated they haven’t yet received the package. After getting no response through email, I called the “help line” on 0800 783 1942 in hopes of getting a reasonable update - only to be told that the item could “potentially” be delivered by Tuesday the 26th at the earliest (person on the phone didn’t seem to be sure herself) - after which the line was immediately disconnected with me still waiting for details. The item ordered was a gift which I was assured would be delivered within the 5-7 day window, not 12 days in the best case scenario. The lack of communication is awful, no updates have been provided AT ALL and the customer service sucks. Don’t waste your time or money.
