Napapijri’s never-ending wait for a refund is beyond shocking. For a company of this size, deliberately delaying refunds feels like outright scamming customers. Zero transparency, zero respect, and terrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

This is the last email I went to them, like many other people experience I’m after two months waiting for a refund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally notify you of an outstanding refund related to a return of goods that was duly completed in November. Despite the return having been processed in full compliance with your return procedures, the corresponding refund has not yet been issued.
The excessive delay in processing this refund constitutes a breach of your contractual obligations and of applicable consumer protection regulations. To date, I have neither received the refunded amount nor a satisfactory explanation for the failure to process it within a reasonable timeframe.
I hereby request that the refund be issued immediately and that written confirmation be provided without further delay. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will be compelled to consider further action to enforce my consumer rights, including but not limited to initiating a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities and pursuing recovery through my payment provider.
Please consider this correspondence as a formal notice. I remain available to provide any additional documentation required to expedite the resolution of this matter.
I expect your prompt attention and confirmation of resolution.

Wouldn't even rate this company as 1 star. Absolutely shocking customer service. Returned my order due to sizing. Email received stating my order had been received but still no refund after 2 weeks. Contacted Napapijri and refunded has been refused. No explanation as to why and unable to speak to anyone regarding this.

Ho fatto un reso a metà settembre 2025 e, dopo tre mesi, non mi è stato ancora accreditato l’importo.
Nice jacket, terrible delivery service
Like many other I had a bad experience with the delivery, Yodel were incredibly slow and didn't provide any tracking info until it was delivered, however it was delivered to the complete wrong address and it took me days to find the parcel.
Now I have the jacket I am pleased with the product and it feels like great quality, just the delivery and slow customer service is letting them down.
It is worth noting that they do now stock their products in M&S in the UK so could be worth shopping there for a better experience!

Refund issues
I know this isn't their own verified profile, but I wanted to let others know I am experiencing similar issues to others on here.
I had an item purchased during their Black Friday sale, which never got delivered due to issues with Yodel and the parcel shop.
The item was returned back to the retailer and I'm still waiting refund.
Customer service initially stated the refund would be automatic, along with the usual 10 working days to appear in account, but I still haven't received an email confirming a refund.
Customer service are also not helpful; they just keep saying they have raised a manual refund to try and speed up the process.
I have tried by email and phone, getting nowhere.
This all seems highly unusual to me.

Good customer service when parcel didn’t get delivered. Was personal and resolved my issue. Delivery was very slow though took over a week to despatch my order.

Absolutely the worst bunch of Theives and Liars. Got an email 6th December saying they'd received my return goods, called them to find out when I should receive my refund and was told 5-10 working days. Just received another email saying it might take up to 10 days.
What worries me this a company that wants to be seen as a top end brand yet have more 1/10 ratings than 5s and have not once apologised to any customers or improved their service. Awful customer service.

Took 20 days for them to eventually say the item won’t be delivered. A refund will be issued in 14 days and if I want to reorder I’d have to pay today’s price not the black Friday deal price with 20% off for first time customer. Sizes are well out on other items I ordered. They use yodel as a delivery service. Absolutely diabolical. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I guess im one of the very few lucky ones who had good experience with this company. Delivery took 9 days. After reading all the bad reviews ,i got a bit worried and decided to contact their customer service. I got reply on the very next day with all the tracking info and the parcel arrived 2 days later. My parcel was nicely packed and the coat looks beautiful and high quality. I knocked 1 star off because of the long wait. Their delivery doesn't take 5-7 days like stated on their website but they do keep you with all the tracking info. I have already placed the second order,hopefully it will go as smoothly as the first one. Fingers crossed!!
