Initially unable to get voucher
Was advised of having got voucher due to Stena purchase but can't log in to get it. I use email address but site says ,no password set' - but when I try to reset, it says site will send reset link - but it doesn't! So, a waste of time?
PS-now (6 Apr) account is accessible...something was fixed! So, upgrading score as was able to obtain voucher.

Why do they keep asking for feedback?
Already left a review last week that the voucher arrived after many months but can't use it as it's on hold. I sent proof of purchase by email several days ago and have had no reply, but they replied straight back on my original trust pilot feedback and keep sending me emails asking me to review their service. Well here's my review, sort out your customer service and maybe don't ask for feedback when vouchers are on hold and can't be used.

Voucher finally arrived then they put it on hold! :-(
Bought some wardrobes with the promise of a £25 Amazon gift card. Purchase took forever to track and pay out. When it finally did, they put it on hold before I could actually claim it!!! No reponse from their customer service and no real way to contact them! Then I get a message asking me how much I'm enjoying my gift card, adding insult to injury!!!! :-(

This is because the retailers can only validate purchases once the returns, cancellation, or cooling off period has passed.".

Really easy to claim my free £10 Amazon voucher - I clicked on the link to qualify and once my order had been placed My Voucher Codes tracked the purchase and I received my voucher (which I've now spent!) once the returns window had closed. Fabulous easy way to get extra shopping money!
