I would give 0 stars if I could.
Please do not buy from these crooks! They don’t send items in time, pretend that the items are delayed, they still don’t turn up. Refuse a refund. We had to go through our bank who have just confirmed the chargeback was successful

Absolute scammers, cancelled order after 14 days whilst product still listed and available on website

This company is fraud I bought items almost £200 in February,2026, never received them and they never picked my calls. All I received was an email telling me my items will come and up to now, nothing came. I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from these fraudulent company.

Terrible service - do not use this company. They did not deliver the item because for some reason they cannot deliver during business hours. I asked for a refund or the item to be redelivered and no refund has been received. Or even a credit.

I ordered avocado oil over three months ago and despite chasing via email, I did not get a satisfactory response or any action to chase up my order. I was personally assured i would have someone chase this up and prioritise delivery but that has not happened. This company is awful - please do not use.

The order was delivery with a delay of a week. They did communicate promptly when I contacted customer service. The issue with the delivery was the uncertainty of where the package was till 1 day it poped up on my door. 4 stars for ultimately delivering with a delay but prompt responses from customer service team. The experience could have been better with timely delivery and better tracking system to know where the package is.

Ordered and paid for a delivery with 10 days delivery time... that has been and gone, no reply to whatsapp (as they request) no reply to emails - avoid.

I ordered three packs of water and some hot chocolate, and I was impressed by how quickly everything arrived. The packaging was secure, and the products were exactly as described. Highly recommend this seller for their efficiency!

Had to revise my initial review as the next day, they contacted me by email, and sorted out my problem, by sending the water the next day. i cannot give them 5 stars as i did have to wait way past the required time, but they did fix the issue.

Placed the order on the 11th of January- one month later still not a sign of it. I have been told for two weeks that it is in the final processing stages(whatever that means). It is not even big order.
If you are looking for a reliable and quick service - this is not it.
Also very poor customer service.

Little to no communications now my order is 10 days late and they keep saying they've had issues in their warehouse causing delays but I've had 2 emails saying the same thing with no updates on the tracking number or over email. I have little to no confidence it will ever ship and they keep ignoring my request for a refund. Do not order from here.
