Waste of time

Pointless, waste of time
Pointless. I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner at my father's request, of whom asks me carry out his online purchases using his email and shopping accounts. I registered him for a £35 Amazon reward voucher on MVC and spent way over the 'minimum spend' threshold, even after applying a welcome discount on the retailers website. I got in touch with MyVoucherCodes a couple weeks after as the reward hadn't tracked.
Well apparently, using a discount code voids qualifying for the reward! Even if your order total is still way above the rewards 'minimum spend threshold (excluding delivery)'.
Would rather use other voucher code websites as they don't disqualify your order for using the retailer's discount code, as long as you meet their minimum spend requirements.
Not to mention, I specifically chose to purchase directly from the retailer instead of buying the same product from their stockists because they had the reward on MVC :(

Not all your voucher codes actually…
Not all your voucher codes actually work !
Also please first check if customers want to receive either Mother’s Day or Father’s Day vouchers or give people the option to opt out . I sadly lost both parents last year and do not want to receive these types of vouchers, it’s not nice.

What a waste of time. Have 2 x vouchers showing on my account and have chased them for months (1 of them since 2023). Had very little communication from myvouchercodes and now they won't reply to my emails.
Complete scam and wouldn't recommend using. Will be using a legitimate website in future.

Total Scam
Total Scam. First they say I cannot get my voucher because my purchase was declined by the retailer - it wasn’t. Then they say they have no record of me ever using thier site - which begs the question how they knew I’d made a purchase in the first place! Then they ask me to send them a screen shot of the message that they sent me in the first place!
How ridiculous. Totally unhelpful and want to engage me in lengthy dialogue that amounts to utter nonsense until you give up. Which I have. Life’s too short to waste time with scammers.

I cannot access my gift voucher
I cannot access my gift voucher. My password doesn’t work. I’ve used the forgotten password link and no reset email arrives. I then try and register my email address it says already registered. Contacted customer services twice on the website. No acknowledgement or confirmation message appears. Messaged on Facebook for help, again no response. Quite frustrating to say the least!
