The case looks great, easy to design. Shipping was fast but a bit expensive. Would order agian.

I've had to buy another case now so I'm waiting for that I just don't Understand this company why lie to people with the delivery dates if u know u can't get people's order within a day or a couple of days, don't take the money for express delivery and tell people that there order might take a month and then people might not give u one star u because u never lied I don't know how the product is becuse I not got it yet but when it does I will do anther review on it

Ordered two phone cases with our company, logos on shocking quality unusable.

I ordered and paid for next day delivery - no delivery and constant updates from FedEx to say delivery delayed- DO NOT USE AT ANY COST THIS IS A SCAM

I ordered a iPhone 13 case and they sent a mini case for a iPhone 7 can’t get hold of anybody to help me I wouldn’t have bought it had I known it would come from the Netherlands and not the uk

Order 41282024 - A lot of delay emails being sent, had 5 already slowly delaying the delivery a few days more each time, frustrating as you would think they would realise that by not managing expectations you'll lose returning business.

Ordered a iPhone case with express delivery as it was the Christmas period, express delivery is far from cheap. The order failed to be delivered in the promised time period, all Mypersonalisedcase would say was orders take longer during this time of year, if that is the case why offer ‘Express Delivery’ during busy periods? I feel paying out £10.79 was a waste of money. The actual product is nothing amazing to be honest, not worth the money. Total order cost was £44.25 for one phone case with express delivery (which didn’t happen). Come on Mypersonalisedcase you need to do better!

Ordered a case for delivery and keep getting emails on a daily basis saying order delayed by a day, instead of wasting time sending the emails just go to the sodding post office and send my case

Poor quality print, doesn't cover the whole back of the phone and looks like something I could do myself.

Zero stars.
1) I purchased 3 phone cases and 2 were incorrect.
2) Contacted their support and was advised this was an error and to re order with a discount code.
3) Re ordered, the discount code showed as valid but the payment taken did not show the discount so I paid full price.
4) Received an email stating that the order had not gone through due to my payment method. However the money has been taken from my account.
5) Received an email stating that my order is delayed, but according to previous email stating my order did not go through.
6) Advised order cancelled and will receive a full refund.
7) Email received to advise products had been dispatched.

The current situation is I have paid £97.20 and all I have is 1 poor quality phone case.

Avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely disgraceful.

Wish I'd read reviews first. Spent £50 on two photo cases. It's just a poor quality sticky label attached to a cheap case. And the label is peeling within 4 weeks of use, so soon it'll be in the bin as it looks awful. Service was quick but I did not expect it to be this terrible quality.

This was the second case we ordered and we thought designing and ordering was easy. Delivery was quick. Very happy with the result.

I ordered a phone case with a photo on as I have from other companies. I received a shiny case (nice) with a matt photo put on a sticky label (not nice).
I have a long thread of emails and replies, but they avoided talking about the problem or any comments or questions I put to them. Then I searched review sites (which I normally do) and realised that I wasn't the only one. Honestly, an 8year old could've produced better Apologies to all 8yr olds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Quality is poor, fast service is 2 weeks!!!! And broken items when arrived. Take your cash elsewhere, if I had done my research in the first place I would not have touched this company with a barge pole. I can’t believe anyone would give this company a good review, probably the staff that work there

Much like others have said, I really should have read reviews about this company before purchasing from them.

Firstly the quality of the products are bad, especially for the price you pay.

I paid £12.95 for premium 48 hour delivery for it to be delivered over a week later. I emailed the support team who said they would provide a refund of the shipping, I’m still awaiting this and not hopeful I will actually receive it.

When my order finally arrived I opened one of the items (iPad screen protector) to find it completely cracked. Again I emailed the support team who said they would send a replacement iPad screen protector.
Opened up the replacement that was sent and it was for a Galaxy S20 mobile (my order didn’t contain any Galaxy products, I don’t own a Galaxy so this is redundant to me). Emailed the support team to notify them Iv received the wrong item. They’ve said they will issue a refund, no option to resend the correct item. My trust in this company is zero so I’m highly doubtful I will actually receive a refund.

I placed my order at the start of the month, it’s now 4 weeks later and I still don’t have the correct products or a refund of the money I paid for the missing products. Trying to contact for support is difficult as it’s only via email which is pretty slow and you only really receive template responses to your issue.

Stupidly I spent £90 with this company and didn’t do my research before hand. I can say for certain I won’t be purchasing from them again!
