Good product but for £6.95 delivery charge would of expected a faster if not next day delivery service.

No grip
Bought a lead recently from this company and not happy with the product. The grip on the lead is terrible for the price. Not happy. Waste of money

Hi Kelly,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your very first Trustpilot review we’re honoured it was with us.
We’d genuinely like to look into this for you, however we’re struggling to locate your order in our system. We sell a large volume of products, including leads, but at present there’s no record of an order matching your name or details.
Could you please provide your order number (or the email address used at checkout) so we can confirm the purchase and help resolve this properly?
It’s also worth mentioning that our leads are trusted by professional dog trainers and dog owners worldwide, and with thousands sold, this is the first time we’ve received feedback of this nature — which makes us keen to understand exactly what’s gone wrong here.
If there’s been a mix-up and the item was purchased elsewhere, we’d obviously want to clear that up too.
We look forward to your reply so we can get to the bottom of this.

You will be well looked after here!
I was well looked after by Hakeem at My Dog Nutrition! All of my questions and concerns were dealt with professionally and promptly. Plus, they beat all of the prices on the Internet. Not a single complaint here. As I was a new customer, they generously included a range of their nutritional products too. I will definitely be shopping with them again. Their service is very personal. You won't regret shopping with them! I highly recommend!

Selling Shock Collars is Disgusting
A Dog Nutrition Company Selling Shock Collars is Bald Hypocrisy
Take it from the SPCA: spca.bc.ca /ways-to-help/take-action/animals-in-the-home/the-shocking-truth-about-electronic-collars/5-reasons-not-to-use-a-shock-collar/
"The electrostatic shock can cause psychological distress for your pet, including phobias and high levels of stress, and can result in unhealthy increases in heart rate and painful burns to your dog’s skin. Use of shock collars can also habituate your pet to pain and cause increases in aggression and fear-based behaviours."
Also, their staff and management are weirdly sarcastic and unprofessional.

Hi,
We take animal welfare extremely seriously and are disappointed to see misinformation being spread about a product you have never purchased from us.
The ET300 is a professional-grade remote training collar used by thousands of certified dog trainers and working dog handlers around the world including police, search & rescue, and service dog units. It does not deliver “painful shocks” or “burns” as claimed. In fact, the stimulation used is comparable to a human physiotherapy TENS machine a mild, momentary pulse designed for communication, not punishment.
When used correctly, it’s a safe, science-backed tool that allows dogs to enjoy off-leash freedom and improve recall reliability reducing risk of injury, road accidents, or wildlife chasing. The product we stock is manufactured in the USA, approved by international training organisations, and used responsibly under expert guidance.
We also want to clarify that:
• We are a nutrition and wellness brand that partners with professional trainers, which is why these tools are available in our store.
• Our staff are fully trained to educate customers on safe use and proper training protocols.
• Every sale is accompanied by manufacturer guidance and access to professional support.
It’s unfortunate that some still believe outdated myths about remote collars, often due to misrepresentation online. We encourage you before posting harmful misinformation to actually experience or research the technology properly.
For transparency, we’ve reported this review to Trustpilot for verification, as we have no record of you as a customer.

These Supplements Transformed My Dog’s Health!
I’ve been using several products from My Dog Nutrition for my dog I use the Rejuvenate joint supplement, salmon oil, probiotic paste, and bone broth. The results have been incredible!!
Before starting these supplements, my dog (GermanSheperdxMalinois) had begun showing signs of joint pain and his coat was looking a bit dull. Since adding these to his routine, his health has completely transformed. His joints are stronger and more comfortable than ever, his coat is shiny and healthy, and his overall body condition is amazing.
I can honestly say he’s thriving now thanks to these products. They’ve made such a positive difference in his quality of life, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to support their dog’s health and wellbeing.
I also have the dog training vest I have to say it’s top quality best on the market !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding!
I can’t recommend My Dog Nutrition highly enough. We’ve been using their Rejuvenate, Bone Broth, and Salmon Oil, and the difference in our dog’s health and energy has been nothing short of incredible.
We’ve tried plenty of supplements and products from other brands over the years, but nothing has delivered results like these. The Rejuvenate has noticeably improved our dog’s vitality and overall well-being, the Bone Broth is not only packed with nutrition but something our dog absolutely loves, and the Salmon Oil has given him the glossiest coat he’s ever had.
What really sets My Dog Nutrition apart is that their products actually do what they promise. You can see the results — stronger, healthier, happier dog — and that peace of mind is priceless.
If you want proven, high-quality supplements that genuinely make a difference, don’t waste time with anything else. My Dog Nutrition is in a league of its own.
