The Products are the best on the market

Oh my goodness what excellent customer service from your company. You have gone above and beyond what level of customer care was expected.

My initial delivery was incorrect and wrong ball size dispatched. These things happen . I emailed out of business hours, to which you promptly acknowledged and replied to saying you would issue correct replacement ball immediately.
Wow. You have exceeded my expectations.
Not only did you issue another ball of correct size, but two balls and a collar !
The quality of your products is excellent and the ball is perfect for my Rottweiler boy.
One very happy dog and owner. I look forward to continuing to do business with your company and would 100% recommend your company and products. Sharon Kynman

Great products.
Our dogs absolutely love the Rodi sausage.
We also have a collar and the training balls all of which are amazing quality.
Thank you

Awesome products
Won’t use anything else for my dog

Easy ordering , quick delivery

Recommended so gave it a try - dogs love it I put it on their raw food only 1 week in but so far so good

Everything came very quickly and was very high quality, and when I emailed about a return because I had ordered the wrong item by mistake, customer service was unbeatable, they even offered to send me the correct item for free! I'll be ordering again soon!

Very good price . Excellent service . Fast delivery . Could not ask for more.

Fantastic products and service is always spot on. My dog nutrition is our go to company for not only food and supplements but also for anytime we need new or additional training equipment!
Highly recommend to anyone who is serious about their dogs.

The service was good and straight forward, I would like to see more products such as dog harnesses which are padded with ergonomic design in mind, training for working dogs maybe a vlog, also different options for nutrition in terms of size currently you only have 180g and 1kg

The leads are great and comfortable and they arrived quickly too

Absolutely fantastic services and products, will definitely be buying my little one more and more 🤣

Hello , I have placed an online order with the help of one of your agent in order to find a way to ship the products to the middle East , your agent were really helpful and patient during couple of days until order accomplished .

I ordered the wrong item by accident and the company contacted me straight away to let me no. Adding the item I was recommended for free to my order
Speedy delivery and fantastic products
Noticing a big improvement in my patterdale terriers coat already

Excellent customer service, thank you!

Amazing service and great products
A option for bulk buy would be good in the future

Amazing dog supplements and training aids. The Rodi sausage is the best thing my dog has ever tried and is the only thing that works for recall!
