Not anymore rubbish

I have deleted my account before the free 30 days period ended, checked it ,my membership number was not found when I wanted to log in but they charged me for £14,99. Ridiculous! Just wanna steal ppl money!

Good one!

I had not ever tried a company which did Credit monitoring before, I was curious to know what was being said about me. After applying, it was so simple and not time consuming at all. I had my answers almost immediately. I was surprised how much detail there is on a Report. I was glad to have a full complement of excellent answers. Some of the companies I had completely forgotten I had ever shopped with them. I only needed one Report and it was no problem to give MyCreditMonitor a ring and ask them to take me off their list. I spoke to a very polite and cheerful lady who sorted it our for me and I was charged nothing at all. thank you MCM, great service! Cheers, D MacDonald

Useful

I joined this site to take advantages of the free months trial.
I received my credit report which has an easy to use format and appears to have accurately recorded my credit history.
Be aware though that you do need to telephone to cancel your subscription, this can not be done on line. The cancelation line is also office hours so would be difficult for people with a 9 - 5 job.
I received an e-mail from My Credit Monitor giving me the opportunity to leave this review. The e-mail included a " solve an issue " button which I used to ask for confirmation of cancellations options. As yet I've had no reply so would not be hopeful of them dealing with any other issued very quickly.

Useless

I haven't got any useful information at all, when I wanted to cancel my membership I found an email to contact them, but apparently it was the wrong email address, so I was eventually charged £14.99, literally for the air as I had no help for joining them . Just stealing money

Complicated.

I find my reporte very hard to reade and understand as I have dyslexia. A similar format would be grate .

I came to you having tried three others and found them wanting. As soon as I accessed your system I was satisfied. Indeed, although I had to complete my details twice, I was very pleased when they were accepted and my credit report delivered.

Well satisfied on my detailed credit report received

One must be careful on what he does and gets himself into and also protect his identity if he desires a credible credit report, for if you do not need it today, you might need it tomorrow so do your best to be incharge of your credit report.
