I had a great experience with Kalkine. Their insights into stock investments helped me understand the basics of investing and gave me the confidence to make my very first investment.

Rubbish i was plaged with Calls had my arm Twisted into buying there Email subscription. Couldnt log on as i live in France. And Kalkine website wont let you log on. then was changed to Sandy who reccomended i get a VPN which i did however Kalkines security would let you on then immediatly throw you off. Sandy really didnt care. But was trying to get me to Upgrade my service as what i paid for didnt work. Eventually i said alright if you can give me a stock thats good and grows i may be interested. He gave me three and they went down faster than the Titanic. They were all going to grow at least 20% in six weeks. And all three went down 30% in three weeks and are still nosediving. It was then i went to Uk looked on Website as officially i have access. For a year and realised Kalkine had reccomended selling all three stocks two days before Sandy told me they were good. It Amused him as he realised he couldnt sell me anything as i had already paid for one service and gained no advantage. In toral i am out of pocket by Several hundreds of pounds. Its a rubbish Service.

Over the last few days I have had persistent nuisance calls on an almost daily basis from this company. I managed to speak with someone today to find out what they were calling about.
Checking online they have been investigated in Australia and New Zealand.
If I wanted investment advice I would use recommendations and never from a company who cold calls.

Jacob explained in simple terms how to navigate the Kalkine app and key points to look out for.

Not only did this company cold call me and prompt me to leave a bad review due to the terrible experience and lies they were called out on…..now they’ve decided to send me multiple requests via Trust Pilot to amend my review as they clearly don’t like it which is totally against the principles of trust pilot. Cold called me even though I'm opted out on the TPS list. Reported to Google as a spam call. I can't be bothered to take it further at the moment, but future calls will be escalated to the ICO.

Update - they tried to have this review flagged for harmful content. In my opinion that is not the behaviour of an ethical company and certainly not one I would ever do business with.

A salesperson approached me multiple times trying to sell their services and followed up persistently. However, when I decided not to purchase anything, he became offensive and completely lost his composure. His behavior was unprofessional, and he showed a lack of basic communication manners. I would not recommend anyone to engage with or buy services from such a salesperson or from this company. To be honest, the whole experience made it feel like a scam

recently subscribed to Kalkine Limited and paid £75.00 for their service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.

The website itself appears professional and easy to navigate, with a wide range of financial research and investment-related content. However, the actual service did not meet my expectations.

The biggest issue has been customer support. After deciding to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, I attempted to contact them multiple times via email and phone, but received no response. This lack of communication is frustrating and concerning, especially when dealing with paid financial services.

Additionally, the after-sales support has been poor, which significantly impacts trust and overall user experience.

You get reports on different stocks, and weekly calls on what stocks to buy etc. Lilly has been great with the calls, and manage to call weekly. If I'm unable to pick up calls, she sends an email for the action required.

Sandy and Lily at Kalkine have been great to work with. I'm able to consistently make around 15% gains on a lot of the short term recommendations they send me. I don't invest in all of them, i do s fair amount of due diligence before investing, but the ones i have invested in so far have been a success. Thanks so much guys, always a pleasure to work with.
