Easy to use but I had hoped to get a brief description of how my credit score was being assessed. This does not appear to be the norm but I feel that improving my understanding would be offering a better service.

Professionally answered

Not having ever requested a credit review before I was interested to see how mine was faring. As I expected, it was as good as I had hoped but the reason was also as I expected and I was told that it should be resolved by June. This was good news and thank you for your help

Its a great service and the 14 days free trial period is a very good offer to use the service before making a purchase which is the best thing about it !
