Mr & Mrs Smith (a nod to the classic check-in nom de plume for illicit stays of old) began life in 2003 with two adventurous hotel lovers (our real-life Mr and Mrs: James and Tamara Lohan) and has evolved into a global travel club with more than a million like-minded members.
Our carefully curated (and responsibly sourced) collection now includes hotels in the sky (if you’ve never woken up in a treehouse, we can change that), hotels in caves, hotels above water, hotels underwater (well, partially), hotels a million miles away, hotels on your doorstep…
It’s no accident that the collection is so special. Entry is by invitation only and every hotel is visited by our team and anonymously reviewed by a diverse bunch of trusted tastemakers.

The service has really gone downhill
I had a problem with my booking so tried to contact someone from Mr & Mrs Smith during check in several times via their website but one replied. The hotel itself were pretty unhelpful at the time. I have sent several emails, but nothing back. I have also been charged twice for my hotel stay. So generally pretty stressful. The service has really gone down hill so not sure its worth booking through them again. Better off just booking direct in future.

What an easy and delightful hotel…
What an easy and delightful hotel booking experience. I just found out about Mr & Mrs Smith and now this will be the only app I’ll use to book hotels. Plus the delightful extra I am greeted with at my hotel. Divine!

The booking system is clunky
Yeh booking system is clunky and not efficient having to use the app, the phone operator and the webpage to finally secure my booking.
