Mr & Mrs Smith (a nod to the classic check-in nom de plume for illicit stays of old) began life in 2003 with two adventurous hotel lovers (our real-life Mr and Mrs: James and Tamara Lohan) and has evolved into a global travel club with more than a million like-minded members.
Our carefully curated (and responsibly sourced) collection now includes hotels in the sky (if you’ve never woken up in a treehouse, we can change that), hotels in caves, hotels above water, hotels underwater (well, partially), hotels a million miles away, hotels on your doorstep…
It’s no accident that the collection is so special. Entry is by invitation only and every hotel is visited by our team and anonymously reviewed by a diverse bunch of trusted tastemakers.

Property disappointing
Service from Booker was good. Property booked was somewhat disappointing. Staff at hotel very helpful. Property very tired. External views were magnificent but as we had a dog with us couldn’t go into breakfast with them and not allowed to leave in room by themselves.
It wasn’t a cheap stay for one night so at those prices I would expect a lot more!
Mr & Mrs Smith properties are normally something a little more special.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear you felt the hotel looked a little tired. I've past this information on to our hotel partnerships team and they will be addressing this with the hotel.
Promised voucher never delivered
The promotion clearly stated a $20 voucher upon check-in, but the front desk didn’t provide it, and follow-up didn’t resolve it. The stay itself was okay, but unfulfilled promotions feel unfair to guests who booked based on the offer. Hope they fix the process.

Thank you for your feedback, you should have received the Smith Extra of '$20 to spend at the camp’s boutique (excludes grab-and-go food)'. I'll be in contact with thoe hotel to check why this wasn't offered and will be back in touch with you shortly.
