As a woman who knows nothing about cars. whenever i have rung or drove here i always feel as though i am being listened to . From advice of price... parts ... Repairs etc i always use motorhog as its where i can rely on fantastic service . Very pleased

Been many times and bought a couple of cars but mainly I buy lots of parts that I sell abroad. even returned some stuff i got wrong with no stress. Turning up out of the blue usually means a long wait there are a LOT of staff but they allways "busy". I find enquiring online and finishing up with a phone call works best ! Its not too far out my way so I usually call in person. it's a huge operation and I recommend everyone go at least once !! the counter staff are pleasent enough (though some appear to be quite young)

I won my Clio on Motorhog auction. got it for a really good price. after getting the broken windscreen fixed I was going to sell it for profit but have decided to keep it for myself - thank you motorhog

I recently bought a salvage car from Motorhog - Vauxhall Corsa Design 1.2 16v with some very light damage to the front end. The car was a complete bargain, an excellent price and was a very easy repair. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever, the car was descirbed exactly as it was and again the customer service when i collected the car was brilliant. The forklift drivers took great care when bringing the car to me and there was a member of staff who was more than helpful when i asked for a jump-start. Brilliant company, i would recommend anyone to deal with motorhog!

I have been purchasing Cat X cars from Motorhog Church Lane & Bentley Moor Lane for quite a while.
Overall I can’t really understand why there are so many bad experiences listed here.
The vast majority of my purchases have been un-seen, so I am pretty reliant on the site photos and description
Yes they don’t get it right all of the time (who does?). However on both occasions when vehicles have been delivered not in the same condition as shown by the photos, redress after complaining in an appropriate manner and format to some-one in authority has seen my issue’s resolved certainly with-in the terms of their contractual and legislated consumer obligations.

As other individuals have all ready commented Motor Hog’s crew are more than happy for you to survey/inspect/apprise as much as you wish prior to auction day, although personally I find Church do this better than Bentley Moor as not all of the vehicles are readily available to view at Bentley, therefore culminating in time wasting frustrations etc.

I am some what at a loss to understand after being given this much opportunity how anyone could run into some of the significant issues I have read with-in these posts. Modern vehicles are complicated, you could purchase any car with a vendor’s best belief of it’s condition and it catastrophically fail with-in a very short drive

Appreciate Motorhog for what it professes to be - A Savage Operation wholesaling vast qualities of the motoring publics in many cases, well worn and possibly fault ridden cast-offs; that’s why their there.
Be smart and do your “homework”. It’s down to you and very Let The Buyer Beware!

Motorhog’s staff simply doesn’t have the time or the capacity, or should they, to hold your hand and give-away to you vehicles, which I believe, could well be some of the best priced bargains thought out the country.

The only thing we'd like to ask - more days for collection (5 is not enough) and more better quality pictures for each vehicle.

Good descriptions of vehicles, easy to understand terms of business, easy viewing, delivery available if you require it and helpful, knowledgeable staff . Would and do recommend to other people. Enjoy the experience.

This was my first buy and went throuh all ok. Excellent Customer Service helpful and simple and easy instructions.

Been using Motorhog for years they have ALWAYS had the parts I needed in stock. reasonably priced. Fast delivery too. Would recommend.

Good cars its put a side and the bad ones or with any sort of problems are going for online bid without telling the viewers what's wrong. I'm not talking about silly faults I'm talking about serious problems like gearbox, engine smoking a lot, mileage clocked, head gas kit, and loads more and once u bought it there nothing else you can do. I used to buy a lot from Motorhog but never more, and I told all my friends and colleagues traders to stay alway from Motorhog online auctions

It's all been good (for me). You have to go take a good look at these cars before bidding as descriptions can be vague. Looking at some of the other reviews on here just goes to prove this. If your not sure don't bid (might make things cheaper for the people who know what they are doing)

I have bought several cars from motorhog now and they have on the most been category x. They have had parts missing and major problems that makes it is cost ineffective to fix them. You are better off buying a car from auto trader because by the time you spend money fixing all the unrecorded problems you are better off going somewhere else. Their staff i found were extremely unhelpful and rude. I believe the major problem is that they hype the price up by use of priority bidding because the next day you might find the car you were bidding for re listed.

Lovely customer service. I was satisfied with the customer service but some of the description of the fault on the vehicle were hidden which was unfair. Give us vivid descriptions of the vehicle as this influence our decisions,

More than 3 Cars all rubbish, described as start and drives What a Total Lie!! Who categolise or check these cars? The staff also are very arrogant and I wish the Gorvernmen could put a Stop at this.

So deceiving, have bought several car all of them with hiden problems. I have stopped buying from you for this reason and I have told my Freands to do the same.

I feel auction is fixed. I believe donny motors are bidding on the auctions, to bid cars up. Auction has a time to finish but goes on even when auction goes green and says you have won, then goes red to say your loosing. Auction should finish at the time stated. Excellent service by staff especially at church lane.

The car and every car that i have ever purchased are NOT described honestly. The last car was damaged all along the rear quarter and this was not mentioned even though it was clearly visable. I have even bought a car described as a 'runner' that had no gear box! When i ring for help on a description all i am told is come look. What is the point in an internet auction that you then have to go to the site to view the car, but cannot bid on site with paying an adittional fee. Describe the cars CORRECTLY and HONESTLY!

Everything else about the company is brilliant. One thing that needs sorting out is delivery of vehicle after the customer has won the auction. Can all the individual companies involved at your website provide or recommend a decent delivery company as this has been my problem. I have vehicles delivered with missing things and I cant do anything about it.
