The Skoda Octavia I bought from you, and which I pointed out had issues right there in front of the gate, was smoking and had problems, but you refused to take it back and asked me to handle the matter through email. I have shown the car to several mechanics, and they all estimated the repair costs to be between £3,000 and £3,300 The repair costs are significant, especially since your description and advertisement stated that the car was “start and drive” and had no issues. It appears that you intentionally drained the oil to hide the leakage, and the car is producing excessive smoke, indicating it needs a new engine. I will pursue legal action to get my money back from you, along with compensation

I’d never heard of Motorflog before but I heard their ad on the radio, Googled them and put in my details for a quote. They sent back a decent price, and collected it from my house the next day. Such a quick and simple experience, I can’t remember the driver’s name but he was really polite and he made sure I was paid before he left with my car. 10/10.

Just sold my car to Motorflog. They called me before they came to collect and paid me exactly what they offered. They even paid me before they took my car and it didn’t cost me extra which was great, most other companies charge you to get paid straight away. Definitely recommend them 100%!

I spoke to savannah on the phone. No salesman patter just honest and genuinely helpful. Talked me through the process wasn’t pushy at all, wasn’t pestered or inundated with calls,texts or emails made the whole experience a breeze. Was then told it would be collected the following day.

Laim turned up on time were very friendly and helpful talked me through the process, did a few check on the vehicle and were able to answer any questions.
