The worst ever company in this world. They lack basic human respect. Their company is full of liars, their cars are atrocious. All they do is take your money for 400% loss. I say don’t, DONT use this company you’d rather pay a little more or the same and get a way better vehicle, they are pure scums working in that company especially in the Doncaster site, Church Lane. The fat pig especially. I don’t understand how their bosses allow them to carry on the way they do. Everyone just please complain to trading standard get a case on these mofos! Horrible place... Specialy in Doncaster. Descriptions never matching, staff without skills, can damage everything when loading cars. If you can avoid this company then risk in different place. Thanks

They don't even know the meaning of "customer service" rubbish, they sit around chatting to each other and totally ignore you. AVOID at all cost. I know they are second hand parts but really! they are the worst of the worst

Avoid this company, if the engine is knackered and starts no matter how bad (big ends knocking and heavy smoke) this is ok and starts and drives. then if complain then lie and say you was abusive and get suspended and refuse any refund. scammers

Very bad gave me a rusty Micra wing as and door and bonets with significant dents in I would not recommend
And bumper was buckled and cracked

I was a new buyer, car not described as it should have been, account got suspended, when called to complain, woman on other end hung up the phone while still talking to her.. Please avoid this place, scammers and zero customers services..

Motorhog is very very bad, terrible customer service, please stay away from them.

Motorhog Doncaster is the worst salvage site u could ever go to there's inappropriate messages everywhere eg do not stand to the right derr what nonsense some rude like the staff, payment to be made at one site collection at another again waste of time just a place full of angry staff especially the woman at the desk this review had to be edited because motorhog complained no wonder recovery firms hate collecting from here

Recently purchased a Ford Fiesta door from Motorhog Doncaster. Two options on their website, phoned to enquire and request more photos. Went to their premises to be served by a polite, conscientious and very organised fellow. Viewed both door options on the damaged cars, chose the most suitable and in about ten minutes it was ready and lifted into our car. Great service.

No please and no thank you’in this place

The employees looked and sounded like they were inbred.

Waited 50 minutes for them to move the car 100 yards

Bought online a car from DIY MOTORIST trough cartransplants. The car has two deployed airbags, engine problems, engine management light on, and they didn't mention about that and didn't show in the pictures. Is a shame for a company to hide so major damages. I have paid 7.5K for the car, BUT to cover hidden damages need to spend around £2000. Wrote a review about their services, Then, next day my account was suspended by MOTORHOG, this is the way how they react to reviews or feedbacks, nobody tried to solve the problem or even to speak about that - they just suspended account which was paid for 1 year upfront. IF you thinking to buy something from above-mentioned companies, firms - then be very carefully, do not trust in descriptions and photos, do not expect any customer service from them.

Insulting behaviour. It wasn't like communicating with anyone who ran a proper company. How can firms like this exist in our country?

Selling cars without disclose to customers about wrong mileage. Also if you ask about these matter, straight away block your account. Story is behind and I am pretty sure there is lot people lost money like this.
Won auction on 24/03/2018 with reg number xxxxx and mileage was showing 55000 mile. After done the HPI check before paid money, comes up DVLA recorded mileage was 123000 one month ago. So I did call and no one answer after wait 30 min and send an email asking the solution for this matter. No reply and blocked my account after 3 days due to non-payment. Made payment in 29/03/2018 (no choice) and arrange collection 04/04/2018 as MOTORHOG offices was closed for Easter holiday 4 days.
On collection day have to pay another 103 pound fine due to late collection for 4 days bank holiday. If you guys on holyday, how can I collect car??
All I understand, MOTORHOG is money grabbing machine and I am going through court to further action as very rude staff and low life people working in them offices.

They offered me 175 for my xtrail based on my description however it is obvious they knew what was wrong with it because they had it running and loaded on the truck in minutes and to add insult to injury they told the wife it would of cost 600 to fix it ( LIES ) hello 175 goodbye 2500. only difference between motorhogg and robin hood is robin had the decency to wear a mask..

Bought a car described as starts and drives on the photos car looks very clean went to fetch it they wouldn’t let u in the yard to see it until I had paid for it . Car came out on a fork truck it wouldn’t start
There was significant damage to the rear and side
Windscreen broken made a complaint told to read terms and conditions starts means at the time they tested it it run but doesn’t mean it’s good . Cowboys
I Towed it straight to the scrap yard .

Absolutely appallingly rude when I was asking a simple question. Once I calm down I will actually find it funny, like dealing with a pantomime Dame. I can only assume they are rolling in it and don't need the custom.

Downright rude no customer service skills at all will not ever use this outfit again.

THEY ARE PROFFESIONAL THIEVES. MOTORHOG CLAIM TO DO BASIC VEHICLE CHECKS AND YET FAIL TO INFORM CUTOMERS OF THEIR FINDINGS.I HAVE LOST OVER £1500 HARD EARNED MONEY, I HAVE LOST TRUST IN THEM AND I HOPE THEY'RE EXPOSED FOR WHAT THEY REALLY ARE. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
