Excellent service from start to finish and got a brilliant car and deal at the end of it

If it wasn't for Liam Aubrey from Motorama, this review would have been at the other end of the star rating without a shadow of doubt.

I appreciate that this review is coming a bit later on, but I feel Liam's help in going above and beyond to resolve my issues deserves to be recognised.

At the beginning of this year, I ordered a Mercedes A class AMG in white, only to then receive little communication after my money being taken. From this, my 'deposit' was not placed on the promised car, and instead it went nowhere. It turned out the car that I ordered was double sold, and it took nearly an entire month for someone to get back to me and actually inform me on the problems.

This was where Liam stepped in. Liam would ring often to update me on the process of my order, and called to explain the problems that occurred with the vehicle and double order - when others chose not to bother.

Liam managed to source out a vehicle in black instead, and also managed to reduce the monthly price to nearly match the quote for the white vehicle originally purchased. Liam ensured that my paperwork was processed as a priority enable to receive my car.

Along this process, the delivery of the vehicle got delayed, and Liam did not hesitate to contact me, and chase the delivery team to ensure I had the vehicle on the same day my old one was sold, making sure I wasn't left unable to get around.

On top of this, Liam went above and beyond his duties to investigate why the original car was double sold, and what happened to my £500 deposit, as it should have been placed on the vehicle!! Throughout this lengthy process, Liam would follow up with emails or telephone calls at convenient times for me.

From the above investigation, Liam managed to determine what actually occurred, and as a gesture of goodwill, refunded the £198 processing fee that is usually taken by yourselves whilst the order is being processed.

If it wasn't for Liam stepping in, it wouldn't surprise me if I didn't get a proper outcome, or a different vehicle on time.

He even followed up with me a month after the issue was resolved and the vehicle delivered, to make sure that I was completely satisfied. He really did go above and beyond his duties, and was a lot more helpful than some of your other staff!

I don't usually write reviews, and after my frustration with the order at the beginning, I was considering taking my purchase elsewhere. I believe a lot of gratitude is owed to Liam Aubrey, and for him I am very thankful.

I would highly recommend Motorama who after price matching an alternative deal provided an excellent service throughout the process. The paperless email documents saved any messing around, and the communication was excellent. My car arrived as ordered and on the agreed date without any issues. I dealt with Eloise Whitehead and she was very efficient and courteous.

If you are in rush for the car try 5 weeks for delivery. Also if you have a cherished number plate they don't tell you nothing how to arrange to put it on lease car .only got calls regarding gap ins n motor vehicle ins . No help with delivery date or nothing had to arrange with car dealer as motorama kept me in the dark . Poor customer service.

I was trying to lease a car with Motorama, and found the model that I wanted at a decent price. However, when I got the quote from the rep, it was £15 more a month than the website price. I know that isn't a massive amount, but it is when you're at your max monthly payment already.

When I queried this, they say that it's because the models they have in stock has privacy glass and reversing sensors, and the website price doesn't take this into account. Not entirely sure how this is possible, surely the price you see after adding everything you need should be the price you pay? I'll be using another company for my next car.

This is a great company. Very efficient from start to finish always responsive to emails especially Eloise. Would highly recommend.
