I was in need of insurance quickly
I was in need of insurance quickly. I was recommended to Monassur by a friend. Natalie was quick to respond to all my emails with questions.
The policy that I needed required no past medical history so application process
took me less than 10 minutes. After paying I was approved and had insurance immediately.
I highly recommend Natalie and Monassur for their expertise and quick application process.

Mixed bag - seems like a good policy but not accepted by French visa authorities
Mondassur has been prompt and professional with me in terms of communication and response time. However, I'd like to mention that despite not being British, the EuropeAccess and EuropeAccess Plus plans were rejected by The French Embassy in India for a long-stay VLS-TS visa. I believe the Embassy is not following their own guidelines on the insurance. I would recommend to pay particular attention on purchasing a comprehensive, private health insurance (words of The Embassy) that covers you not just for emergencies, but also regular medical needs and consultancies, if you are applying for a long-stay France visa. After some initial hiccups, Mondassur agreed to refund my insurance money.

Terrible!!!!
Terrible!!!!! Very unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve purchased their insurance and under their policy, surgeries were covered at 100%. I had cancer surgery and the bill is still pending. I’ve sent multiple emails and made many calls and they keep saying they will pay for it but never do. I have proof of everything and in the process of suing them. On top of dealing with cancer, I have to deal with this stress. Not right. DO NOT waste your money. Contact me if any questions. Again, I have all emails saved.

As in any area of economic life, it is essential to have proof of payment, quotes, invoices and explanations corresponding to payment requests. In addition, the American healthcare system is extremely complex involving different parties for the payment of healthcare. In your case, we were waiting for your information from the establishments where you went without having obtained prior agreement and without having provided us with the required documents. Your health costs were covered at more than 45,000 USD. These amounts were indeed paid contrary to what you claim. We are very surprised at your advice to others not to waste their money. In this case, we can clearly demonstrate that it was not you who "wasted" or "lost" money but the insurer who covered your health care. We invite those interested to contact us and we will be happy to give them feedback on this case. Your comments are misleading for the readers of these reviews.
A very bad experience with this company…
A very bad experience with this company - we required PHI suitable to obtain a 1 year visa to move to France. Mondassur claim to be specialists in this service but sold us a policy that was not accepted by the French Consulate.
Eventually we purchased their 'Gold Basic' policy to cover for the period until we are accepted into the French health service. Now having entered into the French Health Insurance scheme, Mondassur will not cancel their policy and insist it runs for a full 12 months with no refund.
I would strongly recommend that for people looking to move to France - do not use Mondassur or their 'Gold Basic' policy.

The French consulate requested insurance with higher benefits than those previously required. This is why you had to upgrade your insurance. We are not the ones who make the laws and the criteria for obtaining visas. These criteria may change according to the directives of the authorities.
The Gold Basic insurance you have taken out is mandatory to obtain your visa to come to France. This insurance offers health cover in hospitalization and outpatient medicine of a good level for France at prices that are among the most competitive on the market. Consulates require health coverage for at least 12 months regardless of whether you can benefit from social security afterwards. The certificate we issue commits us to the authorities. As we have indicated to you, for the safety of our policyholders, insurers and French consulates abroad issuing visas, it is essential to have proof of visa refusal in order to be able to reimburse insurance if your insurance has not started.
Scam
I took this insurance a years ago. I took only hospitalisation insurance (including covid) then i got covid with my whole family and even we’ve been forced to go to hospital (we got only light symptom but anyway!) they refuse to refund this! (≈4000$)
Avoid this insurance at all cost. They will find any excuse or little chance they have to refuse to refund you! And they will search deep.

Our expatriate hospitalisation insurance plan cover inpatient health costs for Covid but does not cover hospital accommodation costs for quarantine without healthcare treatment.
Our insurance covers pathologies and pre-existing conditions, but they must be declared on the health questionnaire. A non-declaration can be akin to fraud.
We have clearly explained these reasons to you and they are not scams or other lies that are defamatory, inappropriate in view of your situation and damaging the consideration of others.
