Unreal bikinis and cover ups. My best friend surprised me with the baby pink clermont bikini and since recieving that i have become obsessed. Fit lovely and the quality is great. So glad i found this brand.

My absolute favourite bikinis, quality is amazing and delivery is SO fast!!!

I returned my item and emailed on more than one occasion to chase my refund, and haven’t had any form of confirmation. It’s really disappointing & I still haven’t heard from customer services so please be aware of this when you purchase!

I came across Moda Minx on TikTok, I really enjoy the live shopping experiences. I love how helpful, friendly and enthusiastic Chloe and Becky are selling us our bikinis, it’s like shopping with friends. I’ve had some great bargains. Fast delivery and quality bikinis with beautiful designs. I love Moda Minx, I can’t wait to wear on holiday.

Ordered 3 bikinis and they were all gorgeous. Delivery was so fast, they are great quality and also got them for a great price. Great company with friendly employees who run the lives.

I have ordered multiple bikinis from moda minx. Scrunch, iconic isle and amour. They are all stunning and have bought at really good prices on website sales and tik tok. I would recommend watching tik tok lives for additional info on sizing and fittings. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.

My bikini top arrived faulty with stones missing straight out of the packaging. I contacted Moda Minx the same day and, to be fair, they initially responded quickly. They confirmed they had plenty of replacement stock and offered to issue me a code so I could reorder immediately while they refunded my return postage.

Unfortunately, that's where the service completely fell apart.

I was told the code would take up to 24 hours to arrive. That deadline came and went. I chased multiple times over the following days by email and explained that I needed the bikini for an upcoming holiday and was worried my size would sell out. Despite repeated promises, no code ever arrived.

I then submitted a formal complaint after waiting almost a week. That was ignored too. I have now been left with a faulty item, no replacement, no response to my complaint and no confidence that this company has any interest in resolving customer issues.

Mistakes happen. Sending out a faulty item is unfortunate but it can be put right. Ignoring a customer for days after making promises is what turns a simple issue into an awful experience.

This was my first order with Moda Minx and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend ordering from them if you expect reliable after-sales support when something goes wrong.

I discovered Moda Minx March this year, from my first purchase I had I knew I would be addicted as the quality and designs of the bikinis are unmatched. Every drop is beautiful, they cater for everyone I love it. The girls that run the company are all lovely, amazing customer service I highly recommend buying your swimwear and holiday outfits from this site you will not be disappointed. 🩷

The quality of the swimwear is beyond incredible. The sizing is perfect and I love how you can have different sizes for the tops to the bottoms. Ladies are so lovely when helping with orders and sizing questions.
