Most gorgeous bikinis! Got some absolute bargains in the sale - amazing quality and perfect fit!

Stunning bikinis, everything I have from there fits well and the quality is amazing.

Over the years, I have been an extremely loyal customer of Moda Minx, which makes this experience all the more disappointing.

After wearing one of my recently purchased bikinis just once, I discovered it was faulty. I contacted Moda Minx’s customer service team to explain the issue and requested an exchange, not even a refund! Since that initial email, I have sent a further five emails over a period of more than two months, yet I have not received a single acknowledgement or response.

Having now read numerous reviews from other customers describing the same experience, I can completely understand their frustration. Moda Minx appears to be very quick to take customers’ money, but when it comes to responding to complaints or resolving genuine issues, customer service seems to disappear.

Throughout this process, I have remained polite, patient and professional, allowing over eight weeks for a response. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication has left me with no option but to share my experience through reviews and social media.

Moda Minx is an excellent company to deal with, until something goes wrong with your purchase!! At that point, it feels as though the company simply doesn’t want to know.

The directors should be aware that loyal customers are being ignored when they need support. A complete failure to acknowledge six separate emails over more than two months, followed by unprofessional and passive-aggressive interactions on TikTok, is completely unacceptable and falls well below the standard of customer service I would expect from a company with Moda Minx’s reputation.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. I never expected to have to chase a simple exchange for over two months, and I certainly didn’t expect to be met with such poor communication and unprofessional conduct. Unless this is resolved, I will not be purchasing from Moda Minx again, and I would encourage prospective customers to consider how the company treats its customers when something goes wrong, not just when they are making a purchase!

My wife ordered some bikinis and didn’t like any of them, they don’t issue refunds and still have £100 of her money after 2 years, even though the re sell the items returned to them. Feel free to reach out to me to sort this issue. In the meantime I’ll spam your adds warning every one of your poor refund policies. One way or the other we’re getting the £100 back

I’ve been buying from Moda Minx for a while now, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I now own over 30 bikinis from them, and every single one is beautiful. The quality is amazing, the designs are flattering, and they always make me feel confident.

One of my favourite things about Moda Minx is that you can buy different sizes for the top and bottoms instead of having to order a matching set in the same size. As someone who’s a mixed size and wears an XXL top with S bottoms, this has been an absolute game changer. It means I get the perfect fit every time, which is something so many swimwear brands don’t offer.

I’ve always been impressed with how well the bikinis fit, how comfortable they are, and how well they last. There are so many gorgeous styles and colours to choose from that I keep coming back for more.

If you’re looking for stylish, high-quality swimwear that’s worth the investment, I definitely recommend Moda Minx. I’ll definitely be adding even more bikinis to my collection!

Bought this on there TikTok Live and I’m so glad I did! The bikini is amazing quality, fits perfectly, and is so flattering. Delivery was really quick, and the staff were so friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. It looks exactly like it did on the live. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely appalling customer service. After making countless attempts to contact this company, I was assured that I would receive a response within 48 hours. Unsurprisingly, that timeframe has come and gone, and I have still received absolutely no response or resolution.

I have also attempted to contact the company through Instagram, where my messages have been completely ignored. The lack of communication, accountability and basic courtesy shown to a paying customer is genuinely disgraceful.

It is incredibly frustrating that a company can be so quick to take customers’ money, yet seemingly impossible to reach when support is actually needed. Having to repeatedly chase for a simple response is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the way this business treats its customers.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before purchasing from this company. If anything goes wrong or you require assistance after your purchase, do not expect prompt communication or even the basic courtesy of a reply. An absolutely shocking experience from start to finish.

The only swimwear I use! Fantastic quality and love being able to buy different sizes in top and bottoms. I have over 50+ pieces but recently lost a lot of weight so have to start my collection all again 😭 the website has a lot of regular sales, and the lovely ladies on tiktok do regular shows with lots of bargains to grab!
