Worst customer service I have ever known. Ordered a bikini top and matching set and paid for 24 hour Royal Mail delivery as I have a holiday planned (I ordered this 4 days before my holiday). I hadn’t heard anything regarding shipping so filled in a contact form online asking for an update. I then received an email to say my refund is being processed with no explanation. I emailed back asking if I could still have my order but needed it on 24 hour delivery as I had paid for before. The customer service emailed me back saying it was refunded and there’s nothing they could do as the items are out of stock. The items still show online as being in stock and after I queried this I received a rude and blunt email telling me “if it was in stock the order wouldn’t have been cancelled”. I was really upset as it takes 10 days for a refund and now I have no time to get a replacement.

The quality of some items are shocking how can you sell white and black bikinis if after hand washing them the colours just had destroyed as black stains white??? Nope

Rubbish sent me completely wrong size I am an L on top and XS on bottom, must of assumed because I have bigger boobs I am bigger on bottom as well. It was ordered for Hen do in plenty of time and now can't use it. They expect you to pay for returns as well which I won't be doing since it's their mistake. Surely it's not hard to put the correct size in the bag.

Moda minx as a brand in unbeatable. The bikinis are absolutely amazing—beautiful designs, great quality, and they make you feel so confident wearing them. Every set or piece I've bought has looked even better in person.

Their TikTok lives set them apart from the rest. They're genuinely the best—fun, engaging, and an qmazing way to be able to see the bits before buying. Honestly the girls make the lives and overall experience that much better. Its like a little family on the lives, even if youre watching and not buying its such an amazing community.

I have never loved a brand as much as I love Moda minx. The girls on the lives on Tik tok are just so lovely and kind aswell as the other girls in the comments. One big happy family that have kept me company while I have been off work ill. Can't wait to be able to go on holiday in all my new Moda. The quality and designs are unreal. Stunning bikinis as a mid size girl I feel so confident in both the bikinis and swimsuits my collection is growing 🩷 loads of lush colours to pick from with general everyday clothes I’m quite basic wearing black grey and white but on holiday I wear so many different colours bc the bikinis make me feel so confident I recommend this brand to any one and everyone, and the girls are so lovely on TikTok live so helpful with sizing and just generally getting a good deal 🌸 love this brand x

By far my favorite swimwear brand, I also love their co ords and dresses, the material is always soft, the quality of the material is phenomenal, it washes well time after time, customer services are responsive, items are delivered very quickly and most of all the cut of the bikinis is always very flattering.

Stunning fashion swimwear. I’ve ordered 3 different bikini’s (2 via TikTok shop and 1 online), a skirt and crop set and a sarong. The quality is amazing and they really are stunning. Only downside is that some of the items have such varied sizing but the girls on TikTok Live are so helpful with making customers aware of fit and sizing.

Everytime I get a moda parcel I am so excited, the quality of the bikinis are beautiful. All of the designs are so pretty, I first ordered from moda in years ago and still to this day will keep on doing so. So many different styles for everyone too I love the scrunch 🥰 also do the most gorgeous coverups and dresses.
