This is an excellent company where nothing is ever too much trouble. They really do go above and beyond for all their customers. They are even great at helping "difficult" customers. I cannot recommend Billy and his team highly enough! Every product I have ever purchased has been VERY useful and they would never try to sell you something that's not right for you.

This company is my “go-to place” when I require anything to help with my disability and I have used them over many years.The reason for this is that they have always listened to my needs, assessed my suitability in relation to the product I’ve been interested in, have always met my needs and have gone above and beyond what can reasonably be expected of a company. They are family owned and recently when there was a manufacturing problem with the new stairlift I had got from them, father and son even came out after hours just before Christmas last year to assist me. They even brought a large box of chocolate biscuits!! Not many companies would have done that and I was very grateful. No matter whether you’re looking for a small item like a wheelchair bag, or a larger item like a wheelchair I cannot recommend this company enough .

Billy and the team were fantastic with my sister when she went to store in Kirkintilloch to buy a new bed. He helped her choose according to her needs.
They came and installed it and even delivered her previous bed to another address for someone who needed it. All part of the service in this instance, unfortunately my sister is in hospital and Billy is going to revisit to help her familiarise with the working of the new bed and make sure she is comfortable with it.
This is the second time in a few months we have experience excellent service having ordered a recliner chair for her. Again delivered, set up and demonstrated to my sister the workings of it.

The service Mobility Scotland provided from start to finish was exceptional and above and beyond what I was expecting. Everything was done quickly and Mobility Scotland staff who came to fit the chairlift were very respectful of my mother and her property. We purchased a stairlift for my elderly mother in 2023 and from the initial visit to installation, we knew that we were in good hands.
I live 400 miles away from my mother so I needed to feel confident in the product and after-care package. I am happy to report that this is the case. Of course with any piece of machinery, there will be issues but Billy has always provided the necessary support by responding to calls (even at 2200!!), talking me calmly through hitches and providing engineer support if and when necessary.
Mobility Scotland is selling products that, if we are honest, no one wants to have to buy. So when you make the decision to purchase, you have to be certain that the product and after-care service is second to none. This is what you will get with the company.
