Outstanding service at short notice
I cannot thank Mobility Hire enough for providing such a brilliant service. My mum was in hospital over Christmas and was discharged on New Year’s Eve. Mobility hire were able to deliver a hospital bed at less than 24 hours notice, giving us a named time delivery so that we had time to get back from the hospital and prepare the bedroom for delivery. The delivery driver was absolutely lovely and helped me move the old bed out of the room before setting up the hospital bed and showing me how to use it. All in all a brilliant experience with this company, highly recommend.

Very responsive. Came when said they would and showed us how to use the chair.
The chair itself is wayward and difficult to control - that is the problem of not being able to test out the products in advance.

Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer Service, through out the process from ordering to delivery of the chair. I was kept informed at all times regarding time of delivery, excellent advice on the type of chair would best suit the person using it. The people who physically delivered the chair, were absolutely charming, efficient and speedy!

Adviser that I spoke to was very helpful and understood exactly what I needed. I ordered wheelchair and it was delivered next day.

A very good experience from start to finish.
From the moment I phoned to hire a bath lift & commode for my mum, to the delivery, everything was dealt with professionalism. Amazing service!
We have had a wonderful experience with Mobility Hire. Their customer service has been phenomenal. I was able to place an order in the US and have the pieces delivered after I arrived in the UK.
