Lovely lady
The lovely lady at the Bracknell shop was wonderful. She wasn’t sure she could fix my phone, so I left the phone with her to see if she could, as it had important pictures on it that were irreplaceable. I went back to the shop a hour later and was met with a big smile on her face she had fixed it and all my pictures were restored. Absolutely delighted, she made my day.

Guru, the stallholder was briliant. Courteous, providing a great service, taking the right time required to fix the case on my phone. He was happy to help, providing the aftercare and cleaning my phone the week following fixing. This was service with a smile and will I return, should my phone require further service?
