Brilliant company. Phones always come in pristine condition to say they were once used.

My only problem is battery life. But I think that's ultimately down to iOS 26.

Don’t pay for "premium" if you value your time. This company has no concept of goodwill; when their service fails, the burden of fixing it falls entirely on the customer. Save your money and your sanity—go with a competitor that actually prioritizes customer experience.

Pricing is good, delivery is fast. iPhone i bought here doesn’t work properly and it is hard to test it in only 30 days they give you as refund period.

The internet connection is not reliable and all apps take ages to load if at all. All my other devices work fine with the same connections. I own another refurbished iPhone from another online shop which was purchased back in 2022, it is so completely destroyed the internal components are visible and it works 10 times better and faster. Also the battery life was already at 77%.

I’ve been using my older phone outside so I know for sure the phone was faulty from the start but it only started showing symptoms about 20-30 days of very mild use.

Phone was as described and in the condition expected which was great, as have been disappointed by other companies descriptions of used phones.
This would have been a five start rating had the delivery been the 24hrs I paid extra for, and not the 48hours it took. Might be time to reconsider the courier used.

Phone took 4 days to arrive, nothing next day about it … phone condition was better then i imagined cosmetic wise and presented fantastic. Top speaker didn’t work sprang Tuesday after bank holiday gentleman I spoke to said he would arrange for dpd to collect Wednesday and they would send another for Monday/Tuesday which I really don’t think is good enough … I am vulnerable girl living on my own with no phone to access for nearly a week … meanwhile I order my dad a phone before issues with mine and still waiting for that …
