Mirrorworld Omdömen

Sadly I have to be the person who leaves a bad review due to the overall service I received. the order initially arrived late with no replies to my emails. when we finally received it I noticed a minor fault, which I chose to overlook at the time, due to the delay in receiving the mirror. Within 6 months the mirror started peeling and was informed it was due to how we cleaned it! in the meantime they had changed their ad to cover this known design fault and have since made it an option to chose when buying the mirror. The aftersales was even worse as their course of action was to offer to sell us another mirror with 10% off while also refusing to refund the original purchase. I am very disappointed with the service from what appears to be a reputable company and when you consider the fact that all of this was well within the warranty period. I shall not be using this supplier in future.

I’ve been in touch with this company for over a year! They’ve sent me many samples, even had one sprayed specially with and without varnish - when I actually got round to ordering a mirror (90 x 180) it was close to Christmas so I didn’t expect to receive it till the new year - but the lady I spoke to promised to get back to me and she actually did and offered me a pre Christmas delivery!! I was really pleased and further, pleased with the product - hence the 5 stars. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and don’t hesitate to make a recommendation. So well done Mirrorworld.

Hassle free purchase and delivery of a good quality product

Excellent product and service. So happy with my huge, made to measure mirror. Turnaround was quick and the quality of the mirror and fixings are fantastic.

Great you can also order samples of the frames. I have more samples on order, for more mirror orders :-)

Love my mirror! The made to order process was incredibly easy with so many options. I messed up my order by accident and the customer service team were so quick to help and fix my issue.

The mirror arrived ahead of schedule and was exactly what we wanted - at a fantastic price too. Would highly recommend.

Excellent product, good value and delivery was fine.

Superb service, extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, speedily received exactly what I'd been searching for. With so many companies using Covid as a feeble excuse for abysmal service it's refreshing to see Mirrorworld setting an example all should follow.

Very helpful and friendly contacts - informative and promised on their delivery before Christmas with a quality product.

Great mirror. Well packaged to ensure safe delivery which arrived quickly. I would recommend

I found the Mirrorworld website and ordering options easy to use. My mirror was exactly as expected, looks terrific in situ and improves the aspect of a room with low levels of natural light. I will certainly use Mirrorworld again as I'm confident of the quality of their products and the service provided.

We found the whole process of selecting our mirror on line to its delivery, really simple and straightforward.
There’s an excellent range of mirrors and the most difficult part was choosing one from their vast ranges.
Thank you, we will not hesitate to return in future.

Lots of sizes of mirrors to choose from which was great as the mirror I needed was not normal size.
Mirror is perfect. Would def use this company again. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Excellent service from order to delivery. Mirror was exactly what we were hoping for and we are very pleased. Contact made by the company during the whole process was very good. Would certainly use again.

Excellent,

Very helpful and prompt

I experienced the best customer service that I have received from anyone all year.

The mirror I ordered arrived in a timely manner and looks fantastic.

I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again.

Thank you Mirror World.

Good quality mirror, right size and not too long to wait. Thanks

Very positive experience. Helpful staff, fast delivery, well packaged. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service and a great price.
Would highly recomend.

I had been looking for a very large mirror and this company made it possible to have a mirror made to size. There was a great choice of frames and glass options. The turnaround time was very quick and the mirror I received was high quality and looks perfect on my wall. A very good experience from start to finish.

I discovered Mirrorworld by chance when searching for a mirror with a silver frame to match my new decor, and was unable to find a ready made mirror matching my dimensions. Mirrorworld had a good choice of frames at reasonable prices. The mirror arrived in less than a week and is absolutely stunning. It was well packaged so there was absolutely no chance of damage in transit. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again.
