Mirrorworld Omdömen

Disappointed service again, second time in a row. all customer service can say is ''quality control checking "" but no any time frame given. used this company for many years but last two orders was a disaster, missing deliveries and doubled time for production and delivery.

Good service on purchase, but when these a problem they don't get back to you. My dispute remains unresponded to for over 2 weeks.

Good service, good website and good quality.

Mirror arrived in good time.Good quality and
exactly as we ordered. Will certainly use the firm again. To be able to specify the size required with the wide range of frames was really useful.

Mirror arrived well packaged and good communication on delivery. Mirror as described - just as I wanted - thank you

Fabulous mirror. Beautiful quality. Exact size needed. Fits like a glove

Brilliant customer service, the mirror looks amazing and is finished to a high standard, and it was so cheap for a custom size!

Will definitely use again

I've been searching for a bevel edge bathroom mirror for a quite a while for our refurbished house without success. There are a multitude on the internet, none the correct size and lots of them too expensive!

Finally I came upon Mirrorworld. After reviewing their web site and finding I could get a mirror made to my size requirements at a great price I gave them a call.

The telephone order was placed with their helpful staff and paid for, delivery was exceptionally quick.

I can highly recommend Mirrorworld for their helpful staff, delivery, quality of the mirror and at a great price - well done to weveryone. :)

I ordered a unique size mirror on your website - easy to order. The mirror arrived in a few days packed with care. I will definitely contact you again. Trustworthy and reliable company.

We decided that the look we wanted for our lounge didn't involve seeing our big telly on show, so thought that a TV mirror would be perfect. We had a look online, only to find prices that drove us to drink!!
After a few calming sips of 'medicinal' alcohol and a bit more research, we came across Mirrorworld.co.uk.
Realistic prices, cut to size, loads of frame options, or, as we chose, unframed, and excellent communication.
We went for it, and our lounge now looks fabulous, with a gorgeous feature mirror instead of a chonking great telly. My only complaint is that it doesn't make me look younger, but it's a mirror, not a miracle worker!!
I would definitely recommend Mirrorworld-you won't regret it.

I ordered a very large bespoke mirror. Being able to order to your exact size is great.
The mirror arrived within the timeframe and I am very pleased with the quality. It came well packed and arrived without any damage.
I would definitely order from this website again.

Exactly as ordered, on time and very safely packaged. helpful advice at time of ordering. Thank you.

Really great quality and beautiful chrome frame. Very happy with full end to end process!

My mirror arrived perfectly and carefully wrapped, no damage whatsoever and the quality of my two-way mirror is excellent. The customer service I received was also brilliant, particularly from Gareth who helped every step of the way with sale enquiries and questions I had regarding my mirror once I received it, I would definitely recommend Mirror World👍🏻

I ordered a plastic mirror which I use for weddings and I only used it twice, just removing it out from the packaging has marked so in the bin it goes. It marks far too easy; I would stay well clear of the plastic mirrors. Customer service on a par with the plastic mirrors ☹

Super mirror, exactly what we ordered. Only reason I didn’t go 5 stars was it arrived in a completely broken and damaged box and the delivery driver was very unhappy when I asked him to stay to check the mirror was ok. Fortunately it was, so no problem in the end.

Was so very pleased with my custom size mirror. It arrived very well packaged and perfect in every way.
I would like to praise Mirrorworld for their efficiency and for making my mirror. It looks fabulous in my bathroom and makes the bathroom lighter and brighter.
Will definitely order from them only as the prices are good too. Thank you.

The mirror was delivered on time and is of a good standard.
The bonus of using Mirrorworld is the option to have it made bespoke.

Stunning Art Deco mirror, thank you
