Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Chessington Car & Mini Cabs Ltd.
Although it was around 11 p.m. and there was almost no traffic, the journey took 1 hour and 20 minutes, even though the navigation estimated it would take only 36 minutes. For my airport pickup, the driver arrived in a different car and at a different pickup location than I had been informed.
The worst part was after I landed at Heathrow. The driver shouted at me on the phone, demanding “yes or no” answers and complaining that I hadn’t provided my luggage details, even though I had already entered all the information when making the booking.
Very rude and unprofessional service. It completely ruined the start of my holiday. I would not recommend this company.

Really easy to book through minicabit and an excellent service provided by the taxi company.
My daughter and her friend were being picked up from a concert and were a bit nervous about it as they were a long way from home. The driver was excellent, he kept in touch beforehand and really looked after them on the journey.

I had booked a taxi and it never showed…
I had booked a taxi and it never showed up, we waited outside prior to our pickup time and no cars showed up nor did we receive any information on what type of car or registration should be picking us up. We waited about five minutes past the supposed pickup time to ring the number provided, to which we were told they hadn’t got a record of our booking. They then said that they contacted the cab and they had been waiting outside and we never showed up so they left. First of all we waited outside prior to our pickup time, second of all the cab driver made no effort to contact us and tell us that they were outside (I don’t believe they every were) and third of all even if they had been outside in all correspondence it says that 15 minutes of waiting time is included in the price. We nearly missed our Eurostar train because of this and the help desk was not useful at all. I am now in the process of trying to get them to refund the money and have not heard back from them all day. Avoid at all costs.

Not only was the driver on time, but he has even managed to get to the meeting point earlier, per my husband's request.
He was kind, polite, and drove us safely to our destination.
