I was served by Richard who helped me find walking boots to fit my wide feet. Very helpful.

Very well served by their Ipswich staff, although they didn't stock size 14 shoe.

Richard at the Ipswich branch is always very helpful, and Millets is my first port of call for walking gear. So glad to have Millets in the town centre.

Outstanding service from Chantelle over the last 2 Fridays. I first visited to gain some information and was blown away by how honest, helpful and informative she was. I returned with my daughter the following week and purchased a selection of items for a school residential week including walking boots which we had no knowledge about. I could not fault Chantelle’s help and have recommended the store to the rest of the class due to her expert knowledge.

Since my last review, I've visited Millets Ipswich a number of times for various things, all has gone very successfully. Yesterday I went in to buy a new pair of Boots, and was served by Jess - between us we navigated our way to a suitable pair, which I then bought. I'd like to commend Jess for excellent customer service, and for deploying the perception and other tools that go into that outcome - please pass my feedback to her. I'd also like to commend Richard the manager, who I have spoken to on almost all my visits, and who has been unfailingly polite, kind, helpful and professional, a really good example to both customers and his staff - please feed back my comments and thanks to him.

Staff were friendly and very helpful! They gave great advice and assistance to my girlfriend and I as we shopped for gear before our trip, making sure we had the best deals and being very patient as we took our time going through all the options :) prices also seemed very reasonable for high quality products!

Great service from Richard when I went to buy some new walking boots for walking Snowdon. Richard was available with lots of helpful advice, I didn’t feel rushed and he managed to find the right pair although I’m often between sizes. Would reccomend.

Went to Millets Ipswich today to pickup a few things for an upcoming work trip. Ended up buying a Eurohike 90L transit holdall which seemed much better quality than ones from other big outdoor stores. And a big thank you to Chan for helping me attach the shoulder straps to the holdall!

Brilliant service in store today. I was asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in. I needed to purchase some hiking socks to climb Snowdon. I was directed to where the walking socks were, and then the member of staff spent time with me going through the different options and advising me on which ones would be the most moisture wicking. I did not get the staff members name but she was a female, shoulder length hair, late 40’s/early 50’s.

I had a problem with a pair of boots recently ordered. The staff were helpful and gave good advice and sorted to problem with no drama. A refreshing change for sure

Turned up feeling sorry for myself. Was helped by two great members of staff who enjoyed seeing my BMC card. I bought what I needed and went away happy 😎
