Great Service to First Time Buyers.
As first time buyers we were unsure who to go to for our survey but we could not be happier with the service provided. The survey was completed within a few days and the report is very clear and easy to understand.

They carried out the survey very qucikly and efficiently.
They carried out the survey very quickly. They then produced the report the following day. The surveyor even called me to explain some of the more salient points. He even invited me to call him if I had any queries. First class service.

Fantastic service!
Recently used Miller and Metcalfe for a survey on our first home. We chose the home buyers report. The service we received from Steph over the phone was fantastic. We managed to get an appointment the following day. The surveyor was brilliant. The survey was completed and I got a phone call the same day to give verbal feedback and then received the report within two days. I would recommend Miller and Metcalfe to anybody buying their first home as you will be well looked after. Thanks for everything!
