If I can put -1000000 starts I would

If I can put -10000 I would. This company will rob you for absolutely crap service and zero customer care or support. Forcing me to change my number 3 times and made me pay for it just for trying to buy a new phone with insurance that I was paying for and wasn't able to use. Worst part is my phone bill with the number I originally had was $50. Once I went to go get a new phone to replace a broken one they down graded me to a cheap phone charging me nearly $100 and forcing me to change the number and making me pay for that too. Increase my monthly payment to $60.00. the third time, again made me pay for a new phone, new number, and increased my payment to $70. I had a galaxy A21 and insurance, paying $50. Now I'm stuck with a Motorola that got hacked and I couldn't even make my payment on my phone, forcing me to go to the store to pay $75. This company is nothing but incompetent and horrible to it's customers and insurance that I paid for was all for nothing forcing me to pay for it while not allowing me to use it and forcing me to pay more each month with absolutely no explanation or even help to get it back to what it was to begin with. I spent over $750 in 6 months just because Metro is greedy and unwilling to do anything about the original agreement I had, and changing it without my consent to force me to pay for a phone that's absolutely Terrible.

with metro since they started

Been with metro since they started, recommended them highly, but since they became t moble metro they have quickly went from top to bottom. First, the price of the upgrade has went from a good price to an expensive price, over four times the price from a couple years back. And the phones don't work as well as the androids of 20 years ago.im sure it's network related. Wi fi is crappy,and cell data is worse. I'll be going to a new carrier next month.

M reception or phone service is fine. But the customer service sucks the metro website and app are both garbage. Anytime you attempt to actually do anything. The instructions always say "go to my account" and? That does nothing. I've tried to top up on both but unless you literally have no data left there is no way to top up. Well you know what you need to use that website or app? Data! I later tried to sign up for the governments acp program. Well again there is no way. Finally get in touch using the chat feature, which they like to keep hidden, first I get a chatbot, useless, Finally reach a person, and suddenly start getting kicked off, there own adds and banners constantly block the chat screen and it works ridiculously slow. App and website both suck.How can a company who's entitle business is based on communication be so damn poor at it.

I have been experiencing coverage issues... Great Manager

I have been experiencing coverage issues( no signal 0-2 bars, calls drop, unable to send & receive text, no data ect) since May 25, 2023, they attempted to troubleshoot, write tickets for the technical team, etc. I will say that most of their agents attempted to assist, but my issue is that it nothing has worked so far even to this day. So I was considering going to another carrier- why pay for a service I can't use right. So today June 5, 2023 I requested a manager( Samuel), he was very calm, nice, friendly & professional, he check the towers in different location, switch me to a different one, apologized & credited my account for the duration that I was unable to use the phone. This review is not for the Company but for the Manager- Samuel, who showed empathy for my ongoing issues..

Metro Piece of Garbage

I would give it zero stars if I could. Your advertisement about coverage is a bunch of bs. I'm in an area where 4G LTE is covered but shocker it doesn't and never freaking works. I have a serious medical condition and if I were to have a medical emergency, I wouldn't even be able to make a phone call to my nearest family and or friends. Even if 911 is available, metro better be paying my ambulance transportation.

They don't deserve a star

They don't deserve a star. That Autobot they use to answer questions is enough to send someone to the hospital from high blood pressure. It asks if you want an agent but then refuses to connect you and instead the robot tries to answer a question that only a person can take care of.

The app keeps crashing. Bet they'll get it together when everyone leaves or they have to pay out a HUGE sum of money to customers.

The worst part is they don't care and they won't change but I definitely will. I'm over it!!

MetroPCS IS THE WORST. The sales people are scam artists. Steal your personal info .the call center is a joke ..they over charged me...turned off my phone , keep getting ASIA CALL CENTER. Everyone from there does NOT LIKE
AMERICANS, they have not helped at all. Seems they work together over there !!! They told me to go to another company! They ARE THE WORST. IM GOING BACK TO SAFE AND SECURE AT&T . DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT,

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Horrible phone service. Horrible accessibility and move ability through the app and website. They try to cram phones down your throat when you call to get technical support I don't care if it's free you still want a monthly bill I don't want that I want you to fix the one I got. They do not listen to customers

I've been trying to get my mama discount from the government she got approved whenever time I have to go into the store to let them in a radium because Yao's people keep saying that she's not approved it's on the paper and I had to go in put it on speaker let them hear and the government people said miss Bradley is approved ya'll have had the trouble's customer service just trying to get a discount and yell I'm not giving it the government is and then I call on the phone for a call did they tell me to do today for my mother I would not recommend metro PC to nobody it is the terrible company of a scene in my life

Payments

I pay my phone and some how the keep reversing my paments then are saying owe 172 when my payments are 86 monthly and they just keep giving me the run around saying they fixed the problem but yet my phone is still disconnected

Purchased a portable wifi router

Purchased a portable wifi router. Never used it. Went to go return it (still with plastic on it) Spent over $100 to get it activated and when advised I could return it, they said at store there was nothing they could do for me.

This company are scammers I went to the company to pay my bill the person working their charged us 17.00 dollars more than our bill usually is we paid him he said the service had increased he told use the system was acting up and give us two different receipts that total what we paid we kept questioning him about it he said don't worry you want owe nothing next month I promise we didn't look at the phone number on the receipt was trying to resolve the price and two different receipts I have been with them for 7 years but since they was hacked and took on T-Mobile the service is horrible this store person set up a second line on our account without our permission and charged us that what the extra money was for and my next month bill is changing me for a second line that customer service is telling me I activated never activated a second phone I do not have a phone and kept telling me to call it and find out who has the phone I received this story after numerous different stories that I was able to verify not to be true finally I was told they could remove the line which by the way was a free service phone the customer service person said and if you remove this line you will look you free service I said I don't have this phone please remove this phone I have never used this phone it is not mines I believe it to be government assistance phone with extra fees attached for me to pay next month if I wouldn't have caught it they told me they couldn't do anything about the 17.00 extra dollars that was taken from me had I not checked my online account I would have believed the store person and would have been paying extra money for a phone I did not have these people are scammers please be careful I am looking for a new phone company next month there is nothing worse than someone stealing from you doing dishonest things with your account and trying to change you extra for your account especially when you trust them

Worst customer service

Had issues with my account with MetroPCS and had a really hard time getting real answers and solutions from them, had to be put on hold for almost every question I had and it took a lot of time without them even resolving the issue in the first place. Very bad customer service which made me close my account with them during the same call.

Zero stars

Zero stars. No agents to handle any situations. Store personnel don't know anything. Automated service gives runaround and doesn't send you to an agent. Not worth it. Switching somewhere else today.

I wish I could rate them ZERO but even one star is too much.Went to the authorized dealer ( 5500 Buckey town pike in Frederick MD 21703) to purchase 5 lines.Terrence did not listen what I was asking him and try to sell me free phones.Charged me $246 for 5 lines and 5 free phones.Unfortunatly when he finally realized what was I asking for, he cancel the purchase and issue $180 refund?On my question why he did not issue full refund he responded that he is actually charging me retail price tax for the phones and he can`t refund tax to me?Free phones become retail price phones?So I have paid $246 and received back $180 not even get account, phones and 5 sim cards?So no service with MetroPC but charged $66 for nothing?I have called customer service , but their respond was that they can`t find my account and they cant issue refund to me, but advised me to go the dealer again and complain to him?This was terrible experience with MetroPC , especially with guy named Terrence, who by the way, didn`t know that sim cards can be associated with personal unlocked phone IMEI and after I asked him to call someone and ask about this, he was finally aware what I was asking when I came to store.This story will be escalate further until I get my money back for service, lines and phones I did not receive at all!

Replaced phone at iPhone store and Metro wouldn't just turn service back on

I had to replace my broken iPhone. Went to the Apple store. Easy transaction. They put the SIM card in the new phone but the Metro service wouldn't work. Apple employee called Metro to have them turn on the service and Metro said they had to send me a text to verify. We pointed out that I can't receive a text to a non-working service. What kind of policy is that? They absolutely refused to help and told me I had to go into the store. Their customer service wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. I think this is the only company that can't verify information over the phone. I have a pin number too.
Update: I went into the store, and they never asked for my picture ID. They simply asked for my pin and activated my phone. And then charge me $21+ for activating it in a store instead of over the phone.
Tried to get a refund from customer service, and they were completely unwilling to help.

Just had to sit listening to horrible…

Just had to sit listening to horrible music for a hour and still couldnt get to tall room someone so we gave up. We were just trying to pay our bill. We tried online and you click pay bill then you enter your phone number and click next and you get an error message that tells you to set up a account. We already have a account that's why we trying to pay our bill for that account. Metro is 3x more stupid than it needs to be. Maybe I just wont pay it then

Metro will let there employees do fruad to your account then i had a supervisor cuss me out and hang up on me and they would fix my problem or fo anything about the disrespect i received there are the worst in the world
