Account issues!
I went on the web site to check delivery update but had issues logging on to my account, apparently due to a Web site upgrade! Had to contact help chat to be told all my passed information, details of passed purchases on my account was now not accessible!Chat gave me my update.

Poor lack of good documentations
Poor documentations supplied with the new computer. The document supplied is minimal and lacking essential information like windows activation code, windows installation software, and locations and name of external port...etc.

Good PC and support but a few issues.
Giving 5 instead of 4 starts was difficult.
The PC arrived before the estimated date - Plus
The PC looks good and performs well - Plus
The SSD card had fallen out during transit due to a sheared fixing screw - Negative
Tec Support arranged a quick pick up and was delivered back just after one week - Plus
The Windows Key had not been included - Negative, but was quickly resolved - Plus.

Great service, products and prices
Mesh were offering just the products I wanted, a specific laptop and a software package, which made it an easy one-stop purchase. Delivery was ‘next day’ which was also really useful.

Mesh desktop PC is 10 years old and still going strong
Back in January 2016 I purchased a clocked i7-6700k based desktop PC from MESH and 10 years later it's still going strong for day-to-day home working and basic gaming. I've added extra memory and storage capacity over the years, which was a breeze due to the easy-access case.
The only very minute hiccups have been the need to occasionally top-up the CPU coolant (I've no idea where it disappears to in a sealed system), and the CMOS battery finally requiring replacement after 10 years, which caught me by surprise as it's lasted so long I completely forgot about it.
Overall, the system has been ultra-reliable for 10 years.
I'm now looking for a replacement system and Mesh are likely to be one of the first places I look.

Product took 5 days to deliver causing…
Product took 5 days to deliver causing us to loose a customer still waiting for refund, we always have an issue with every pc that we have received from this company and have now gone to a new supplier.
If I could give minus 5 stars I would.
Never using this again.

Poor technical service
Poor technical service. They wanted me to return the laptop to investigate but when I told them I needed it for work there were no more replies and they went silent. They don't have the ability to investigate remotely (other than saying reinstall drivers) so if you have problems then you are stuffed.

Our engineer requested to have the laptop returned for inspection as troubleshooting over the phone/email is limiting and the engineer had already tried everything that was possible. Please email us when you are ready to send the laptop back to us and we can make the arrangements.
