Not good.
Bought Asus laptop from these through Amazon.
Laptop had an intermittent fault on it from day 1.
Engineer called me and was very good - went through some diagnosis and determined it was a screen connectivity fault, he arranged for a DPD driver to pick up - he didn't arrive and when I rang Mesh to see what was happening they had the wrong telephone number on the account, arranged for another day.
Its now 10 days since the item was picked up so today I rang for an update - apparently had to send back to Asus as they couldn't repair it!
NO update for me at all - had no idea what was happening.
This means I will be without my machine for, I would guess about 2 weeks minimum, not good enough in my eyes.

New laptop delivered quickly.

Great for Video Editing
I bought a ASUS TUF Gaming A16 FA607NU-RL051W AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS 32GB RAM 1TB SSD RTX 4050 about a year and a half ago and have been delighted with the performance and service. I mainly use this for office work, watching films/tv and video editing. It has handled these tasks very well.

New laptop arrived with a 3 month expired warranty...
Bought a laptop from them via amazon in September. I noticed a month later that screws were missing from the bottom. I queried this and was told it was fine. Figured they knew best. A month later a key fell off and something inside was whirring. So went to lenovo to return it for them to repair as clearly something wrong. At this point I was told I could not return it for repair as it was out of warranty. Apparently my laptop, which was bought as new in Sept 25 had an expired warranty. That it had been registered in July 2024 and was therefore not repairable as a warranty return.
I contacted amazon who told me I was due a refund and had to return it. Had to spend 25 quid for the appropriate packaging and another 20 quid to return by post. Once mesh received it they quickly informed I could NOT have a refund.
Reason? Key was broken and screws missing. Really?! They knew this already as was evidenced in documentation between them and myself in November. Either way I bought a brand new laptop and receiced one that expired said warranty before the fact. This is 100% meeting the criteria under consumer law for a full refund as I was sold something not as described. Something i only found out when a 3 month old laptop sprung a fault. Thank god ir id have never known.
Currently in dispute with the company. Already started legal pathway since they are refusing refund and planning to send it back to me.
My advice...if you buy, make sure you register it immediately just incase yours is expired too.
