It was fun to know all about the different components you can put into a gaming pc and I enjoyed building my new pc

I was looking for my first gaming pc, I have no knowledge about gaming computers, the staff was very helpful, I managed to get a mid-range gaming set up, it arrived on th 14/04/2026, easy to follow set up guide, now i am gaming on a pc and I wish I done it sooner, if I run into any problems I have all the support a beginner could as for, thank you guys keep up the good work.

This would have been 5 starts but unfortunately the first PC sent through crashed to the point where it would not turn on.

To the credit of the CyberPower PC staff they were fantastic in the way that they handled everything and replaced my PC as soon as the initial PC was returned.

Had a problem with my new pc spoke to the helpline and had the best experience as he spoke me through the process of fixing said issue

I have now bought two computers from cyberpowersystems. First one now quite old is still going strong. I’m sure my new one will be just as good. Great build quality and have no complaints about the service. I would recommend them. Ryan from Customer Service has also been very helpful.

The customer service from Cyberpower is genuinely that of the best I've seen in some time, they gave me fast and easy to understand replies to my query's and dealt with them professionally.

Excellent interaction and service from Alan. The faulty component returns process was fully explained, each step was checked for understanding, the online "ticket" log was easy to comprehend and progress communication updates timely and easy. The delivery of a replacement and collection of the faulty component went smooth. Alan's technical knowledge went above and beyond the core needs of the specific issue, nice to deal with someone who knows their stuff!

My new computer arrived and Ewan talked me through transferring my old hard drives to the new computer.

That doesn't get across how much effort Ewan put in! There were photos back and forth of the inside of my computer because I am definitely a novice, and Ewan was patient and helpful.
