The process of choosing a gaming computer from Merker computers was great from Start to finish. Great communication, supportive and genuinely kind. I was surprised that this kind of excellent customer service exists. My son loves his gaming PC and it came as described thank you.

Amazing business! This was the first time I’ve ever brought a gaming pc and I was a little nervous as I have no knowledge of what would have worked well for me. They answered all of my questions genuinely and they never made me feel silly or patronised. Even after my pc arrived they helped answer all of my silly questions and how to set it up correctly. I honestly couldn’t have found a better business to go to and I will definitely be going to them again if I ever decide to update my pc.

Fantastic people and business!! I was really nervous about getting my first gaming PC and they made it really easy to decide what I should get. I got the perfect computer for less than my max budget with no pushing from them for the more expensive options. They updated me regularly on WhatsApp as the build progressed and answered all of my silly questions with confidence and no hint of patronisation. I am looking forward to buying from them again should I choose to upgrade my PC.

Great company helpful and communicative. This was my daughter’s first gaming PC and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to upsell either - just sold us what we needed. He was fantastic at staying in touch and very friendly. My daughter is thrilled with the pc- it looks beautiful as well as being fast and allowing her to play the games she wants.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish the communication via WhatsApp made making sure my son was getting a PC that would meet his gaming requirements so much easier. I cannot recommend highly enough and will be back for future purchases.

Great service. I was recommended a better graphics card for a good price. The performance of the PC is pretty good. From asking what the right PC would be for me to building and shipping, they're very proficient. I appreciate the constant updates the most as well.

I was nervous who to go to and where to start with getting a much wanted gaming pc for an 18th birthday present.
I ordered online and received a welcoming and reassuring phone call. Checking what our needs were and confirming we had made a good choice. By asking what games were favoured and making sure we had future proofed too. Really important.
I was kept updated every step of the way, and the following week a safely packaged pc arrived. I was so nervous that it would be difficult to set up. It really wasn’t. And within half an hour of opening the box my son was up and running. The rainbow lit pc with colour remote control is very fun, my son has autism and this pc matches his rainbow lit keyboard.
Honestly so pleased I came across your website and took the plunge.
I hardly see my son now lol, every spare minute is spent gaming.

Can’t recommend enough, from the first contact through helping decide what machine to get the kids, delivery was exceptional, constant communication throughout. The best service I have ever received. The pc’s were straightforward to set up and no issues at all. Both kids were over the moon and couldn’t believe how cool the cases were. Thank you for making 2 children’s christmas’s!

Ordered a computer for my son a week before Christmas, they went above and beyond to make sure it Arrived on time. Great communication and service also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

You will never ever find better, more personal customer service. They were incredible, every, step, of, the, way! From questions before purchasing, to the purchase, tp updating us every single time anything changed, they began assembly the PC, everything.
As for the PC, again, fantastic. Got it for my sons Christmas present and apart from the obvious of him being absolutly blown away by it, it runs beautifully smooth & fast, games run perfectly and I now have my son eating out the palm of my hands!
A happy chappy.
