Laptop returned with fault unresolved
I have been very disappointed with Medion support.
I reported a fault with the Thunderbolt 5 port on my laptop, including USB4 Host Router Code 10 errors, the connection falling back to USB 2.0 instead of working properly over Thunderbolt 5, repeated USB connect/disconnect alerts when using the port in with dsiplayport, and brief system freezes every 10 seconds or so when connected to a Thunderbolt 3 or 4 hub.
The laptop was sent in for repair and then returned to me with the exact same fault still present. From the outcome, it does not appear the port was properly tested under the conditions originally reported.
Communication and guidance were also poor. I was sent a BIOS update package with multiple flashing methods and very unclear instructions, leaving far too much room for confusion for an ordinary customer.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. The issue remains unresolved, the repair did not fix the fault, and I have little confidence in the quality of the support provided.
A weak laptop
This is going to be the 4th time im bringing my gaming laptop to medion uk
And the 4th time it broke it just cannot turn on and i didnt even had it for 2 years

Giving it even 1 star is too much for this brand. TOTAL waste of money. Battery Discharges in like 25 minutes and as soon as you plug in the charger, it will be totally hanged unless fully charged and you unplug it.

Problem developed with P40 Laptop stuck in power up screen Loop after recent windows update.
During the delay down to MS there was some misleading coms from Medion which didn't help them. After a few days the fix was emailed to me, the instructions where clear But missed one component which caused another 24 hour delay in applying fix. P40 Laptop now boots up ok.
I mentioned their was a secondary issue & that sent some replacement kit. So I rate them 5 stars because they were not obliged to send anything to me.

Just bought a Medion Laptop E17201. It's cursor seems to be stuck somehow. Totall reset has no results. Do not buy it!
customer service is appalling
customer service is appalling. brand new PC with graphics card not displaying. contact and was given a diagnostic tool to run. this didn't help. then rang back and told to send pictures. and they would get back to me. didn't request model or serial number. just wanted to get me off the phone. customer service is truly dead

where to start: new laptop is disabled by wrong bios it was shipped with. Its impossible to get any support from medion. website makes it almost deliberately difficult to find updates, log on, find bios, drivers. Its literally the most incompetent company, dysfunctional product i have ever purchased. never, ever again.
3 PCs en 2 años todos mal
He tenido estos 2 ultimos años 3 ordenadores MEDION y los tres incluyendo el que estoy escribiendo esto me han dado problemas el primero el ventilador vino estropeado sonando como si rozase con algo, el segundo se le infló la bateria y la tecla + no paraba de pulsarse sola y el tercero el ventilador vino inutilizable al punto de no poder funcionar y que el ordenador se sobrecaliente tanto que es peligroso

Very disappointed with the notebook. Keyboard was erratic and transformer faulty after a short period, both were repaired under warranty. Battery life was terrible and deteriorated, not covered under warranty. Laptop has now died after 3yrs. It was just not a good, reliable product, all in all a most frustrating and not particularly cheap experience, customer care was also quite poor
Avoid at all cost
They will never respond to you and they will even delete your problem logs with your device so you can't find them again. Useless company. This is not the German quality of services I'm used to. Medion, never again

What the hell is this company up to? Bought a kitchen mixer in Dec 2023, first time of using the mincer attachment in Dec 2024, it breaks, sounds like gears have sheared or stripped. Tried to contact Medion via their website, upon which I & the machine are both registered, with a 3 year warranty on the machine. Website has so many circular links, you end up going dizzy. If you persist (you'll later regret it, tho') you need to be able to speak fluent German, only to find you've hit a dead end. Resort to a phone call & you'll be informed that the website is 'under construction', so try again next week. They cannot progress service or repair without a working website??? What?? So, after a week, try again. Website has improved but still sends you around in circles. Can now log into my account & see the registration details & machine spec - but trying to access any sort of repair or warranty service just makes you spin faster & faster. Website is great if you're trying to sort out a laptop but advice on how to access the hard drive or screen is useless for a kitchen mixer. Another phone call, again only to be told that nothing can be done until the website is finished (they have my name, address,telephone number, machine details, date of purchase, probably even my inside leg measurement but can't use pen & paper or a phone to arrange repair or replacement?????) so I have to call back ('if we don't call you, can you call us?') in 2 - 3 weeks time. Everything grinds to a halt while a website is constructed or is this simply stalling for time?

Used mincer attachment for first time in Dec 2024, with seconds, the machine stopped mince action & began to make noise of gears not engaging correctly. Even after mincing attachement removed, machine still makes noise althought the mixer attachments still operate.
I first contacted Medion in Dec 2024 by phone, as the website was inoperable.
I was informed that as the website was not working, my warranty could not be accessed & no repair could be initiated.
I was asked to call back one week later.
I called one week later, when there was better (but still inadequate) web site access, only to be told that, once again, without a fully operational web site, nothing could be done, although the person at the other end of the line could see & repeat back to me all of my personal details.
I was asked to call back in 2025.
I called today & despite being able to provide all of the above, I am informed that nothing can be done without a till receipt from the store selling the product.
I have registered the product as requested.
I have been provided, by Medion, an expiry date for the warranty, albeit based upon a two year warranty when the product has a three year warranty.
Attached to this email is a screenshot of my account page from the Medion website, as it seems that your employee answering calls cannot access this information &, despite all of the above, still insists upon a till receipt.
What is the point of the warranty, which you uphold by providing an expiry date, when you demand a till receipt as proof of purchase?
How am I supposed to have obtained the machine without a purchase to then be able to register the purchase, this registration that you have accepted & acknowledged with the issue of a customer I.D. number?
WHY is a till receipt so important when all of this registration is available, most of which is supplied by Medion?
Why is your customer service assistant on the phone unable to escalate my complaint to her line manager or superior?
Why is your customer service so poor?
Why does your business fail to function when the website is out of action?
Are your employees unable to take action with just a pen & paper?

Avoid at all costs
My computer broke after a month.
It took forever to have it repaired as I live in Ireland.
When ready, they sent it via UPS bit never attached the docs. It took me forever to have it released
Once it arrived, no charger was inside.
It has been 2 months. I ended up buying the charger (€150) as I was blocked from messaging, emailing . I cannot call from my phone.
Customer service is one of the worst I ever dealt with.
Avoid . For such an expensive piece of equipment, it is beyond horror!!!

I have a wine cooler that has failed. It is still covered by the warranty. The telephone number does not work and nobody responds to emails. Not sure what to do next, might have to go down the legal route.
Laptop failed within 2 years
Laptop failed within 2 years but my first contact with customer service was just outside of the warranty period. Cost "estimate" to repair was £410, which is probably more than the latop would have been worth at that time. No wiggle room from customer service. No acknoledgement that a lifespan of 2 years is a poor showing.
Wish I had read the reviews about how unreliable these machines are. Dont buy unless you are happy to write the cost of the machine off over 2 years.
Garbage products - a shame 0 stars isn't an option
It's a shame 0 stars isn't an option, so you'll just have to imagine that's what I've given.
Bought a "top of the range" erazer X30 in November 2022, and in the first 2 months it burnt through 2 power supplies - at this point, Medion seemed pretty good, in as much as they replaced the PSU's without delay.
A few months later, the graphics failed - immediate RTB arranged, and after a few days the unrepaired machine came back. A month later it died again, exactly the same fault.
First collection was cancelled by some drone at Medion on the grounds that the picture of the laptop not working was "too old" - seriously, a picture of a £2300 paperweight has to be a specific age.
Machine was eventually collected after which Medion sat on it for a month - when pressed for information under threat of the machine being rejected as unfit for purpose, they eventually advised that they can't fix it.
Have been offered a significantly lower spec machine as a replacement, so obviously that's been rejected - pretty sure I'll be reclaiming the purchase price from Barclaycard.

I would like to start this review off by warning people to stay away from purchasing a product from Medion.
I originally received a laptop in May 2020 from Medion. It worked fine and seemed a great laptop until it suddenly broke on me and showed a blue screen. This was less than a year after purchase in March 2021. It was under warranty and sent off for inspection and had a faulty graphics card.
I was then offered a new laptop to replace it. The Medion Erazer Guardian X10 is what I was offered. Which was another laptop valued at less than my original but still near to £1,000.
I then finally received the replacement on 28/04/2021 after over a month without a laptop.
When it did arrive it was not sent with the stated specs and I had to wait for them to arrive separately.
Again the laptop itself was great until September 2023 when it suddenly powered off and would no longer turn on.
I contacted support who informed it was out of warranty as the original warranty was from the date of purchase of my original laptop on 26/04/2020? So I had been given a replacement which was not given further warranty which I find disgraceful.
Medion then stated they wanted me to send over a list of photos and information and that I would have to pay for repairs myself. I explained I am dissatisfied with this and I would like to raise the ticket to someone with higher authority such as a manager.
I have yet to hear back from them and a reply to this email since September 2023!
I have again sent an email to escalate the matter but at this stage I have lost all faith in the process.
Twice in 3 years the laptops suddenly stopped working and twice in 3 years I have been met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
For a product that has cost just under or over a thousand pounds I expect a much better service than this.
If you are looking for a good laptop from a reliable company then do not use Medion!
Don't buy Medion tech
Medion repaired my laptop under warranty. I thought it was great service. However, the parts they repaired then failed 12 months later (after the warranty period had expired), rendering the laptop unusable and losing all my data - photos, saved games, personal files, work data - the lot.
Medion claim the repair had not impact on the latest failure, though it is the part they replaced (hard drives) that has failed.
They subsequently charged me £120 to repair it again, which I accepted just to get the laptop back and working. It has since failed again, and now they want me to send the laptop back to them again so they can 'consider' offering me a refund of the £120!
Appalling service all round. Avoid avoid avoid!

Had a desktop computer under guarantee go wrong, phoned Medion who right from the beginning were exceptionally helpful and ran me through some tests which didn't work. So they arranged! For it to be picked up and they would even bring a box with them for transportation. Well about 10 days later the desktop was delivered back to me in full working order.
This is the best return experience I have ever had- thank you Medion
Excellent customer service
After a few months of use, one of the keys in the keyboard stopped working properly. I contacted Medion and they collected the laptop quickly, fixing the issue in one week.
