Quick turn around on payments some…
Quick turn around on payments some niggles. One slight niggle I have is that the chiropody allowance has not gone up in a long time. We only get £25. My actual bill now is £37 per visit. My NHS check up for my diabetes has been cancelled now. I need 2/3 visits a year. This is a huge amount for a pensioner.

Claims are dealt with within 5 working days and sometimes even sooner. Good customer service and hence i given high rating as been with them for over 10 years.
