Gentry, my agent, was well informed and answered every one of my tough questions. She was patient, got my "Old Lady" humor and made what was usually a nightmare so clear and easy. You don't pay her enough.

This is a scam. Fort Smith Arkansas phone number and caller lives in Florida. I always ask. Then I know because there is no Arkansas state insurance license for someone living in Florida to randomly cold call someone in Arkansas. Never give them information. Always the scammer!

My agent helped me change my plan to include all the diabetic crap i need at no cost. She is positively amazing!

Exceeded my expectations in finding and signing up for a Medicare Advantage program

My agent Cynthia Brady was absolutely the best. She explained my new policy and was patient with me. I will recommend her to anyone I know thinking about changing there health insurance and getting the best coverage for me.

I have repeatedly gotten calls, several in a onday time period, from a company that claims they are from "Medicare Solutions". They repeatedly try to tell me that I am missing out on wonderful benefits, and then they attempt to get my personal info, such as my Medicare number. I have hung up on them, I have swore at them, I have even attempted to guilt them into quitting their job. They CONTINUE to call. What can be done about this? I am intelligent enough to know that you would not cold-call me, that I would need to reach out to you. Suggestions please?

What stood out most was how caring and understanding she was. She took the time to listen, kept me informed, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. It's rare to come across someone who combines excellent customer service with such a warm and personal approach.

If more people treated customers the way Amber does, dealing with problems would be far less stressful. She made me feel valued and respected, and I am very grateful for the help she provided.

I'm still having a lot of trouble trying to make sure that I have everything I need because of my severe conditions of congested heart failure, COPD, severe arthritis, high blood pressure, neuropathy, & diverticulitis. I only received $55 a month right now from the state of Illinois to get food and then it's not near enough! It won't even pay me for my food for a weekend.
