Met with David Wylly of Medicare Solutions. I found out what parts of my current Medicare plan are all about. He answered all of my questions. I also found out that my plan is still a good fit

Enabled Initial Smooth Transition from Employer Provided Healthcare Insurance and Great Ongoing Assistance

Company helped to explain so well the ins and outs of Medicare. Their webinars are all encompassing and extremely helpful in navigating the confusing labyrinth of Medicare. I first contacted them last year when I was first leaving employer provided healthcare insurance and after all my interactions with them, I was no longer filled with anxiety about the move and the transition was smooth for me. The webinars they have provided this year are a godsend.

The staff or customer service person

The staff or customer service person, after I had requested help with specific questions, basically said to go online and look them up. I would not have called if I could understand what I had questions about to begin with. Poor service and obviously did not care about her job or the people she was hired to assist.
