Expensive art print arrived with buckled edges and creased. This was due to very poor packaging.
No reply to my email highlighting the issue which is a pity because the actual print was fantastic and I would have ordered from them again

Please rest assured that your comments have been forwarded to our quality control team for review. We also understand that you didn’t have the time to wait for a replacement, and we sincerely regret that we couldn’t resolve this for you in time for the occasion. Lost shipment resolved without too much hassle
After the package was lost in delivery and a negative review was left, these guys made it right by refunding after a few emails back and forth without having to lodge anything externally. If I didn’t need it for a specific event I would have reordered, but they understood and fixed it with a refund. I would use again.
