I have had great success With Meancycles
I have had great success in my dealings with Meancycles.The sales personnel are extra patient so as to get you the right parts for your motorcycle.And Meancycles was honorable and fast in refunding me my clutch parts which would not have been able to fit my motorcycle,so there is no worry of buying the wrong part! Thank you Meancycles I will use you guys again in the future!!!

Had a fantastic experience! I The salesperson answered all of my questions throughout the process and I received spectacular customer service. I would definitely recommend Mean Cycles and I would go back to them in the future.

Ordered bars nearly four months ago still havent arrived
Ordered bars nearly four months ago. Still haven't been shipped. I call weekly so much I have the order number memorized. Every time the same song and dance. " We will check into it and call you back. hasn't happened yet" Ill be asking for a refund at week's end.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Payed almost $250 for shift levers over 2 weeks ago no emails not shipped no response back! Terrible will never order from here again!

0% customer service/ won't stand behind what they sell
I ordered a set of QQ bagger bags for my vtx 1800T and instead of taking 3-4 weeks they took 7. When my painter got them it took $700 to get them to a state so they could be painted(looked like they were removed from molds to early) and then I paid $500 for the paint job as I had agreed with the painter. JC won't stand behind the probucts he sells and QQ won't stand behind the products he makes. All in all from purchase to being out on my bike it took 10 weeks. I would never buy anything from this so called Business again.

Hi Steve,
The manufacturer somehow missed the e-mail for your drop ship, as soon you contacted us he made the bags for you, you are correct it took more time than expected and we apologized many times.
As far as the paint work involved, shops have different rates and we have no control for that.
The bags are offered on our site painted for extra $450.00 instead of $700.00 that you paid. You decided to use your local shop.
We do stand behind our products but can't fill your request to pay the extra amount your shop is charging you.

Very hustling, bustling company to deal with. Waited 4 days but order's still have not shipped out because they did not have them in stock which they did not inform. Called and cancel and the rep said that they have to hold the fund as the store credit for the items that they ordered. What the heck.... Never heard such thing... Would NOT do business or recommend.

Misleading
Misleading adverstising. Says part is "chrome" but it's actually shiny plastic. Should have said it was "chromed plastic" instead of just "chrome". Bought same product that was real metal with real chrome for same price they charged me for plastic. Wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee if I returned it.

Some parts we offer on our site are painted to look like chrome and sometimes the same part is offered chrome plated. Don't know what you order unfortunately.
