I got this exhaust with the quiet baffles, and it is awesome. Looks perfect on the bike, and has a fantastic note. Not only does it look/sound great, but I damaged one of the heat shields on my first ride because I'm a dummy and was in a rush and didn't tighten the hose clamps all the way, and Vance and Hines is replacing the heat shield for me. Fantastic customer service. I'm, also very happy with Mean Cycles. The pipes arrived at my house in 2 days with free shipping. I was shocked how fast they arrived, faster than amazon prime these days. Overall I am very happy with the product and both Mean Cycles and especially Vance & Hines!

I had a problem with an exhaust I bought throught meancycles, and JC did everything he could in order to fix it for me by communicating with the manufacturer.

After a while he managed to get them to understand that it was a manufacturing error and corrected the error.

I will definetly be shopping through meancycles more, especially knowing how well they treat their customers

I can only clearly recommend JC Pomar and his people as well as shop (MeanCykle.com). The service is no better than here. Now I live in Denmark myself and should have sent the item to me. The item is simply packed so extremely well that you could play American football with it without anything happening to the contents. WHAT !!? Yes it is true.! I recently purchased a set of HardKrome Velocity Pro pipes. A little back story. This was the third set of pipes I purchased. The first set (I won’t mention the company) their web site was very confusing. The wrong pipes showed up. Second set was purchased from a different company. The next day they issued a refund with no explanation. Nearly a month to actually get my money back.
Now for the good.
I contacted MeanCycles and what a great surprise. Answered all my questions in a very reasonable time, made sure the part was actually the correct part. Shipped almost immediately and the pipes are great looking. And price was better than others. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
