I Like To Purchase From SlingMods

I like to purchase from SlingMods as I like the fact they create installation videos for a lot of their products. All the products they sell are high quality. The ordering process was simple, and they ship sometimes the same day or day after. I will continue to purchase from this company.

First of all Billy returned my call in a timely fashion and was extremely knowledgeable of my questions!! We where at a point where you was gonna lose the sale and returning customer several times over and he was smart enough to figure it out to make it work for me and Slingmods!! He is a keeper and hope you treat him well representing your company and customer service with Billy was an easy 10 of 10!!! Thank you Billy and Slingmods!!

Great seller/online store

I find their prices reasonable and the support and shipping experience was excellent. Canadians can save international shipping
Costs and customs broker fees by shipping to a US parcel place

Ryker steering damper

Fast delivery considering it was from the other side of the country. The product did improve the feel of the steering. Recommended if you are having control issues

Cost for parts

Cost for parts, or items are high. Looking elsewhere for items has saved me a great deal. Like slingmods just too expensive

Great service

I've made several purchases from Slingmods, they ship quick. Everything ordered was simple to install since everything is cut to length. I've also sent emails requesting information and they responded quickly as well.

Poor customer service

Texting back and forth with customer service about an order I received. They had no problem Texting me right back until I asked about returning the sway bar and ordering a different one,they would not text me back anymore and wouldn't answer my texts which is the only way to reach them because they never answer the phone number listed online. Totally disappointed with service and won't order anything from them again.

Your message about returning and reordering came in at 4:57 PM, just three minutes before our 5:00 PM close, and our team followed up first thing the next morning when we reopened. We were simply closed for the evening, not ignoring you.

When we reviewed the photos you sent, everything that comes with the SE Performance Sway Bar Kit was actually included in your order. The billet arms you were looking for belong to a different sway bar system, so nothing was missing. From there we set up your return, emailed your prepaid return label, and helped you order the Baja Ron Ultra kit with next-day shipping so you'd have it in time for your trip.
